we were sent a tee shirt that was the wrong size for our order.
We ordered a tee shirt in November order@8229 and the shirt came in as being the wrong size.We contacted them and reordered the same thing but this time the shirt was the right size.We took a picture of both shirt and it shows the same tag but the shirt are completely different sizes.We have contact the company since Nov.to get this resolved with no resolve.We have sent pictures,phone calls and emails.We have the t -shirt in question but can't get response from company.Can you Please Help?
I would like my money back and I'll send them the shirt in question. I've had to reorder at my on expense so I think they should pay for return.
AS A GIFT MY HUSBAND ORDERED ME A SHIRT WOMENS XL BUT THE SHIRT I RECEIVED IS WAY SMALLER THAN AN XL..LOOKS LIKE A XS. I'VE CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE. ALL I'M ASKING FOR IS TO EXCHANGE, IN THEIR RETURN IT STATES THAT IF A GIFT THEY WILL CONSIDER EXCHANGES BUT THEY ARE REFUSING TO EVEN HELP.
