Pretty Woman Spalon

Hair stylish [redacted] was contacted to do full sew in weave at the cost of $150.00. Upon completion of the sewn in weave, [redacted] was informed and shown that the weave closure was not close neatly. [redacted] responds was once the weave has been slept on that it would lay down. Upon getting home looking at the full sewn in weave in better lighting, the weave tracks were visible, the closure to the top of the head was bumpy and uneven (resembling a waterfall). [redacted] was contacted and informed. [redacted] response was not pleasant. I told her tracks are visible and more hair needed to be added in to cover the visible tracks. [redacted] said she had to take care of something that would only take about 1 hr and she would call me when she was done. This was at 11:00 am. I drove the 1 hour drive from [redacted] NC to [redacted] NC and waited in the parking lot of the closed salon. I made several calls to [redacted] to let her know that I was at the salon. I eventually texted her to let her know I was at the salon waiting for her. She called several minutes later stating that she had to pick her daughter up by 5pm she pulls into the salon parking lot at 4:50pm. [redacted] sews one track in and states that's it... that's all I am doing. Why didn't you say something before you left yesterday?? I gotta go pick up my child. The issue still not resolved. The next day the weave was coming out because the braids were coming loose. I contacted [redacted] again, I told her I never had a problem such as this before when getting sewn in weaves. [redacted] responded with, I do not do hair like everyone else, if you do not like it go somewhere else. I asked [redacted] to make good on the situation, she stated that she was not doing anything. Stated that she spent time on my head and she will get paid for that. I asked her could she at least pay for the hair weave that I spent money on she refuse that also. [redacted] hung up the phone and texted me back saying do not call or text her again if I did she would call police saying I was harassing herDesired SettlementI asked [redacted] to fix the hair, and she did not I asked [redacted] to pay for the weaved hair and she declined. I drove 1 hr paid her $150.00. I would like to have money for the cost of hair and half of the money from the $150.00 that was paid to her.
