Review: I purchased a flat iron at a local jewelry show. When I purchased I was given the card for life time warranty and registered on line. I was told at that time if anything happened to the flat iron send it in and I would receive a replacement no questions asked. I followed instructions to send back it and it was received back on June *, 2015 and signed for by [redacted]. I emailed them to check status on my replacement on the website it specifically says they will answer emails within 24 hours. I have not received any response from them as of yet. I have tried calling phone number on website with no answer and the phone number listed in Revdex.com I didn't get answer on that one as well. If they continue to sell their products when customers have a problem we need to be able to contact someone with questions.Desired Settlement: Replacement with new flat iron as warranty covers.

Review: I contacted [redacted] regarding a one of their products a Ceramic Flat Iron that I purchased. When I purchased this item from a Kisok at a mall the purchase included a lifetime warranty. The ceramic plates cracked and I contacted [redacted] via their email address provided in the documentation provided with the product. [redacted] responded to my email and provided me with a detailed email on how to return the product to their facility and what the procedure would be for the warranty replacement. I followed all instructions outlined in the email and shipped the flat iron via UPS to their facility. In the email from [redacted] they indicated they would send outthe replacement within 2-4 business days upon receipt. I tracked my package and it was received on January **, 2014 signed by Erin. I have not receive any replacement to date and I have tried contacting [redacted] via email and by phone. They have not replied to any of my emails and the phone just rings unanswered. I am entitled to my warranty replacement for this item. If anything I am entitled to the flat iron that I sent back to them as I had paid for this and own it.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the warranty replacement as guaranteed. I had a lifetime warranty card that was provided with the purchase of this flat iron. The email outlined from [redacted] indicated if ANYTHING happens to your flat iron it would be replaced if you had a warranty.

I finally received the replacement flat iron and I am stunned to be quite honest! Please close my complaint as they did replace the item. Thank you for your help!
