Pretzel Twister

I would like to file a complaint that on Saturday April 5, 2014 roughly 4:40 pm my husband ordered me a Green Bubble Tea with no bubbles. After one sip of disgust, I returned to Pretzel Twisted to ask for an exchange of something else, mind you I have ordered the green bubble tea several times in the past however this time apparently the mixture was not blended correctly leaving a very bad taste. A lady who claims to be the owner denied my request, she said they do not do returns or exchange because they shake up the drinks using a powder- Say what! Because the employee, missed or skipped a process in the recipe I have to suffer the consequence? No way. I advised the "owner" that is horrible customer service and that I would be filing against her company. If a customer orders any type of food service and it's not pleasing of satisfaction, it becomes a restaurant matter/crisis.Product_Or_Service: Regular Green Bubble TeaDesired SettlementFull refund immediately.
