[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The pretzels were delivered for an eventBeing that there is nothing to be done to fix the moldy pretzels in time for the event, I proceeded to find an alternative solution and decided to contact the business as soon as I was home from the eventAdditionally I was told I could return the moldy pretzels, which I obviously did not keep for fear someone would consume something that would make them illBesides no longer having the pretzels, return shipping would have been almost $ I went with this company because I heard good things however not ever piece of product a company makes and sends will ever be perfect and it is my expectation that a company does right by their customers when a mistake is made Regards, [redacted]

August 6, 2015Dear Revdex.com Representative,The customer called to request pretzels to be shipped to Louisiana on Monday, July 13, 2015, The pretzels were shipped and delivered at 2:PM on Thursday, July 16, Customer reported [via email) four days later that the pretzels were opened immediately and were moldy the day they were deliveredOur phone number is on the box, on the label and inside on the packing informationNo one bothered to report the problem the day they were received (or even the day after).We made a good faith effort to resolve the issue by requesting the pretzels be returned and we would issue a full refundThe customer responded to the offer saying they no longer had the pretzels and would not pay for the return shipping even if they didThe only reason the pretzels would have molded is if they were not frozen when received per the instructions provided when the order was placed and included on the inside and outside of the boxWe ship pretzels every week without a problem as long as the pretzels are handled properly once received per the instructions provided.Regards, George H

I am rejecting this response because:
     The pretzels were delivered for an event. Being that there is nothing to be done to fix the moldy pretzels in time for the event, I proceeded to find an alternative solution and decided to contact the business as soon as I was home from the event. Additionally I was told I could return the moldy pretzels, which I obviously did not keep for fear someone would consume something that would make them ill. Besides no longer having the pretzels, return shipping would have been almost $100.  I went with this company because I heard good things however not ever piece of product a company makes and sends will ever be perfect and it is my expectation that a company does right by their customers when a mistake is made.

No one bothered to report the problem the day they were received (or even the day after).We made a good faith effort to resolve the issue by requesting the pretzels be returned and we would issue a full refund. The customer responded to the offer saying they no longer had the pretzels and would not pay for the return shipping even if they did. The only reason the pretzels would have molded is if they were not frozen when received per the instructions provided when the order was placed and included on the inside and outside of the box. We ship pretzels every week without a problem as long as the pretzels are handled properly once received per the instructions provided.Regards,
