Hello Revdex.com,The following letter to this customer will go out on Monday, May 18, along with a check fully refunding the customerIt must wait until Monday, because my bookkeeper is out today.Regards,*** ***

The following letter will be sent 4/23/15 to [redacted] along with a check for the amount in question.

The vendor REFUSED to let me hear the audiotape.  They are NOT registered with Revdex.com.  I was extremely clear.  A truthful transcript of the audiotape will show that I EXPLICITLY rejected (several times) Javier's attempt to get me to approve auto-renew.
I stated (not just once, but several times) that I ONLY authorized a one-time $12.95 (shipping only) charge.
I have NOT received a FULL refund.  They refunded only 75% of the purchase price (and not shipping).
The FULL (remaining) amount they owe me is the additional 25% ($29.98) plus shipping (both ways = $9.95+$6.85 = $16.80), for a total additional refund of $46.78.
I am updating the Connecticut Attorney General's office on this matter, as well.
Until I receive a payment for the remaining $46.78, I will pursue this case relentlessly.
Thank you,
[redacted]

Dear [redacted]:

Thank you for your notice. I
propose the following message be communicated to [redacted].
Or am I to correspond
directly with [redacted].
Thanks you.

[redacted]’s complaint has been
forwarded to my attention for a response.
The following was reported to me:
“I was mis lead about how much cost they were going to my home. I was tricked
right away by getting a big bag full of them however was promised a trial 30
day sample to see if I like it. I would have liked for a phone number on my
bank statment and then been able to contact them. The one number on the
statment (###-###-####)is a bad munber. Why did they give outa a bad number???
I'm a disable vet form the Air Force and live on a small pension check. When I
finally did find a good number it was on the box the pill are and it's so small
I had to get my mynfyglasses to read it. I then call the how who lady told me(
Sorry your a fews days to late to cancel and your stuck with your ONE Dollr and
sever cents a piece fish pill.I know as writting this letter maybe hopeless but
if enough people start writting and letting you know what a scam this company
is up to maybe you could help me get a refund 118.00 dollars if nothing else
keep it from happening to the next poor person.,Thanks for reading it,[redacted]”

I am
sorry that [redacted] had a bad experience with the ordering process.

Our
Call Center reported the following regarding the transaction:

[redacted]
placed his order on 7/26/2014, for the trail of Omax3 receiving three boxes of
Omax3. He called in on 9/16/2014 after being charged the 30 days delayed
payment of $119.90 stating he was being charged for a product he never
received. Then called back later that day asking if he could return the product
that he stated early that he never received. Also saying we are make it very
hard to reach customer service because he called the number on his credit card
statement and they knew nothing about the product. We explained he was now past
his money back guarantee and tried to work with him. I believe the conversation
was then ended.

It
was also mentioned at the time of the order that he would be placed on an auto shipment.
Sorry that this was not more clear.

Regarding
the phone number given (###-###-####) it is a valid number and is answered by
our Manager of Operations. A call goes to voicemail if she is on the other line
or away from her desk.

Allow
me please to make the following point: Our company, it’s Management & Staff,
and its product offerings are not a scam. The company has thousands of satisfied
customers in the US, Canada, and the UK. We offer the purest omega-3 supplement
in the world, backed with medical research conducted at the most prestigious teaching
hospitals in the US. We even US Patents issued on our product.

However,
because of his bad experience with the ordering process, we are making arrangements
for a full refund. The check will be in the amount of $119.90

Finally,
[redacted] mentioned that he is a disabled Veteran. I want to end this letter by
saying “Thank you,” for his service to this nation.

Sincerely,

Was very wary when I decided to do the 30 day trial when they kept asking that I understood that I would be charged if I did not cancel within the 30 day period. Decided (unfortunately) to proceed with the trial.
The product was very similar to the omega product I was getting from [redacted] (a very good company BTW) so decided to cancel the future order. Most mail order companies have 24/7 customer service, but when I called on Sunday to cancel (day 29) I got a recorded message. I left my cancellation on their voicemail system. You probably have guessed by now I received the second shipment anyway. When I called to find out why I was told that cancellations could not be made via voicemail. I said that the voicemail message did not state that. So, they wanted to charge me a re-stocking fee of 32%.
I have disputed the charge as fraud. I am sure they are very practiced at dealing with these disputes, so I am not optimistic, but don't like people that do business this way to get away with what in my opinion is a scam.

Please be advised that the customer in question has been contacted, and has received a refund. Please also note we have reviewed the audio recoding of his call placing an order, and we confirmed that the customer was advised as to what he was signing up to receive, and...

the cost associated with his purchase. Regardless, we have issued a refund.

The [redacted] has now written us an apology and said that the check is on its way back to me. So its taken care of.   Thank you

6 months ago I purchased 6 month supply of [redacted]. Last week I got notice of new shipment and a $169 charge. Trying to cancel, I was told this was Auto Ship. They stated I knew about it but I do not recall anything of the sort.
I am complaining about a 25% re-stocking fee before it the product was even shipped.
Highway robbery! The staff were very discourteous when I complained about the fee; like this happens all the time and I should have read the fine print. To me this is a typical late night TV infomercial scam.

Please note the attached letter. We will refund the customer in full. That is, $129.00 is being sent via [redacted].

[redacted] will be called back and if he lets the agent finish a sentence before he screams at them and hangs up again, he will learn that he will get a full refund!
That is, the remaining $46.78 will be refunded.
