few weeks agoWe will absolutely correct the frosted doors at no charge, but will need the complete information from the ***sDaniel B*** will be reaching out to themAs for the exterior doors, Julio was in contact with Mr*** throughout the processFrom what our manager is told they requested wood doors but they were not available in the size they neededWe built the doors in fiberglass to THEIR specs but the door unit didn't fit their openingAfter further review with Mr*** it was determined that they need a retro size door unitWe ordered and made the unit to those specsSince had to special order those doors there was an additional cost which we had to pass to the ***s, since it was not Lumber's error.Every customer should receive an estimate before an order is placed so that they can review to confirm what they wantIf they are unsure, then they can always have a contractor review their order prior to them ordering from us.As for the interior doors being the wrong size and swings, that is out of our controlWe take the orders from the customers based off of their measurementsThe only reason we sent out a sales rep was to determine the correct swings so we along with the ***s didn't have to lose any more time and unnecessary cost.We are very sorry that there has been any confusion and inconvenience.Please ask Mrs*** to contact either Daniel B*** or John K*** at ***.Sincerely, Patrice R***Customer Relations Manager Lumber Company
