This company is as unreasonable as you can getI was towed earlier in the semester because I parked in a stall that I had purchased from another person living in the complexI parked there in full faith and confidence that the marked stall was mine to use at my discretionOne day, I found my car towed from the said stall and went to the apartment that I had bought the stall from to ask if they did anythingWe discovered that there was a miscommunication on the part of the tenants living within the apartment as to who the stall belonged toBoth tenants in the apartment were informed by their management company that they had a right to that marked stall, hence leading to one of the tenants towing my car
I furnished all the said information, including evidence of the conversations between both tenants and their management company, and evidence of a message conversation of me purchasing the stall from one of the tenantsYet, after all this evidence that proves that I was not at fa
Absolute crooksCharge more money than their posted signs, which is illegal but an easy oversight for people who just pay the fee to free their carThey are predators of poor college students, they have zero integrity or honesty in their DNA whatsoeverPredatory towing, even the mayor of Provo is trying to shut these guys downNo one likes them, they deserve nothing but a failing grade on any site, especially this oneI've had more than run ins with them in years and not a single one has been positive
We had a pass in our car and you could even see it in the pictureHe claims it wasn’t visible enoughWe asked if we could repeal and he said we had to pay first
Later he told us he knew it was our pass and believed us but wasn’t going to refundThe predator approach of this company is an infamous issueNo person should ever pay $while a pass is sitting in a dash of the car they just towed
My biggest issue is that Provo City Counsel has yet to fix the Predator Towing Loophole that has been revealed since the policy change of
I was parked in guest parking, and the sign cleary stated that if you were going to park in this community between and you would need to park in guest parkingThey towed me illegally, and would not even specifically explain why they towed me it was extortionThe cops were called, he said I was being disorderly, and felt threatenedI never threatened him I did question him about the policies and the legality of what he did They took no responsibility, and I will most likely be taking them to court
This company is a predator Delivering food to an apartment complex in ProvoPulled into the lot, parked in a stall next to the building the delivery needed to go toGrabbed the food, took it up a flight of stairs, handed it off at the door, returned to the car to find a University Parking employee putting a boot onTried to explain it was a deliveryWas there about minutesThe worker charged $to take the boot off Don’t order pizza, Chinese food, or anything else that has to be delivered if you live in Provo in BYU housingThere are sharks dressed as towing company employees waiting to bite your delivery driver
Wonderful company to work with both as a enforcement company and as a person who has been bootedI was on the management team for apartment complexes in Orem and Provo that we had UPE watch over for usThey did a wonderful jobWhen there was a spot that was unclear, they informed the management team and WE were responsible at that point to take care of the unclear spotThey would communicate with the management team anytime there was a customer complaint about a tow/bootPut yourself in the spot of the tenants that live in the complex you get towed or booted fromThose tenants pay to park there, they pay for the right to use that parking area legallyIf there is even one tenant that parks in two spots, or parks in a spot that isn't a correct spot, they are infringing on the rights on the other tenantsIf you drop someone off and are parked in the wrong spot or someone else's spot for "only minutes" you still deserve to be bootedYou are infringing on the rights of other tenants are those that PAID to use those spots
I lived in complex that was enforced by UPE for years and NEVER got booted because I followed the RULES! What a thought if you follow the rules you don't get in trouble
Yes I have been booted by them within the last year, because guess what, I parked where I wasn't suppose to and they happen to come byI fully respected them for booting meYes I was upset they caught me but I paid them and got the boot removed
They are doing their jobThey do a FANTASTIC JOB at their jobYes, its a job most people don't like, but follow the rules and you will like them

Now for my reviewParking enforcement is necessary, but I believe that this company deserves a poor ratingI was booted years ago in my own parking lot where I had parking privilegesAfter the management attested to UPE that I was indeed a resident with a parking permit, UPE refunded a measly dollarsFast forward to September 2017, I was booted and towed again from my own parking lot where I have a permitThey refused to let me retrieve my vehicle even though I demonstrated to them that they were breaking the lawWhen I threatened to take them to court, they refunded my fee, but did not agree to pay the penalty required by law, so I continued with my caseI ended up winning an additional settlement after the judge ruled in my favor
This has been very stressful working with this company because they hung up on me for simply asking what my options areI need to pay rent tomorrow and the only option they offered me is an week processI asked for any other option, meet with someone, scheduled a phone call, this would be nice, but they hung up on me when I asked politely what other option I haveI’m just sad at this point but this whole process has been so difficultI just wish someone would understand that they took my rent money for parking in a half empty parking lot for minutesI can’t express my disappointment with this Company:(
