said that you wanted your money back We are happy to refund your money, but we do ask that a manager inspect the areas cleaned prior to refund so as we can understand what happened and improve our training and quality assurance You rejected that remedy as well.I hope you understand why we ask to inspect the areas prior to issuing a refund We've been in business in Ohio for over years and take pride in our service, and although we make mistakes, understanding the situation is very important to correcting the mistakes in the future.As I said above, we are happy to refund your money but do require having a service manager view the carpet for training and quality assurance purposes
Dear Johana, I have been in touch with BB&T Merchant Services and the issue has been resolvedThey have issued us a refund and allowed the accounts to be closed/waived the fee to close the account. Please let me know if you need anything else to close this complaint!
Today we received a check for the full amount, so this issue has been resolved. Completely stumped why BB&T would have no record of either receiving our check or a record that we were being refunded, but we are happy that this is resolved. Thank you for your prompt attention.
