Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have received one reply using the same contact information with no problems, so I do not understand why the business would received any error messagesTo avoid any confusion, I have sent multiple e-mails inquiring about the status of my order long after the expected delivery date, but I have received no repliesI also have never received any tracking number for my order and there was an overall lack of contact with the business, so I feel it would be simpler to accept a reasonably prompt refund of $which is the full refund amount of what I sent Regards, [redacted]

As stated in my first responseanother barrel was packaged up last night and is going out "Priority Mail 2-Day with Tracking" to Mr*** today (Tuesday 4/28/2015).Priority Mail label # *** *** *** *** *** **We how rural we are, there may not be any "Tracking" updates on the *** website (or even show up on their website) until the package is scanned in Phoenix, AZ.I am having the *** website provide Mr*** updates that will start with the "First Scan" once the *** website shows activity for this package.*** ***

This information is on the home page of the store:LINK: ***TEXT:Note on Purchased Barrels. All of our barrels are made to "Original" factory barrel dimensionsThese dimensions have a +/- tolerance. As stated in the group buy thread I would like a refundHere are some picture of what I receivedI'm not sure that these were not the barrels that were supposed to have been ruined some time ago & got recycled to the shipping tableI received my ZBbarrel after a 2+ year waitI can honestly say it is a real disappointmentI will try to do a detailed review in a new threadThis was NOT turned by a competent machinist, as I turned better looking threads after one machine class at the local junior collegeThis guy is running a Ponzi scheme pour and simpleThe barrel is undersized for the shroud / falls right in & will not produce a gas seal
The over all length is .233" to long / Flash hider & washer combo won't lock up barrel to the shroud
Muzzle device threads are horrendous, under sized, they look like they were cut with a die or cut with dull tooling in two passesjagged, rippedThe tooling marks indicate rough tooling with no thought of a final clean up pass / basic machinist knowledge
Here are some pictures, does this look like a professional job to ANYONE? *** ***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. As reference to the original Complaint ID #[redacted], I have declined the business' offer to reship the rifle barrel. After declining the business' offer, the barrel was immediately shipped and the case was considered closed by Revdex.com. I have received the barrel on May 1, 2015. After inspecting the rifle barrel, I realized that the barrel would not function properly in the condition in which I received it in. The rifle barrel does not fit the PSL barrel specifications. A PSL rifle barrel, as with any rifle barrel, must attain to a particular set of measurements to allow for proper functioning. Firstly, the barrel contains a burr, which is the jagged remains of metal that overhang at the end of the breech which interferes with the chambering of the ammo and the overall functioning of the rifle. In addition, there is rough tooling remnants within the barrel which can also hamper the chambering of the ammo and negatively affect the functioning of the rifle. There is also chattering on the breech where the ammo chambers, and it too can cause malfunctioning. Some minor machining chatter is acceptable, but not in the critical part of the barrel that can cause malfunctioning. I have provided a picture to clarify my explanation regarding the issues with the rifle barrel. This rifle barrel is not acceptable, and I would like to return it and receive a full refund as I requested in the previous Complaint ID #[redacted]. I would like to return the product and receive a refund of $279.95 (the full price I paid) because it is defective and will not function properly.
Regards,

reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have received one reply using the same contact information with no problems, so I do not understand why the business would received any error messages. To avoid any confusion, I have sent multiple e-mails inquiring about the status of my order long after the expected delivery date, but I have received no replies. I also have never received any tracking number for my order and there was an overall lack of contact with the business, so I feel it would be simpler to accept a reasonably prompt refund of $279.95 which is the full refund amount of what I sent.

Regards,

Original barrel that was shipped was "lost in the mail".A replacement barrel is scheduled to ship to him on Tuesday 4/28/2015.Last email I received and replied to was on 4/18/2015I got a "Delivery Error" message from the mail server.

As stated in the group buy thread I would like a refund. Here are some picture of what I received. I'm not sure that these were not the barrels that were supposed to have been ruined some time ago & got recycled to the shipping table.
I received my ZB37 barrel after a 2+ year wait. I can honestly say it is a real disappointment. I will try to do a detailed review in a new thread. This was NOT turned by a competent machinist, as I turned better looking threads after one machine class at the local junior college.
This guy is running a Ponzi scheme pour and simple.
The barrel is undersized for the shroud / falls right in & will not produce a gas seal
The over all length is .233" to long / Flash hider & washer combo won't lock up barrel to the shroud
Muzzle device threads are horrendous, under sized, they look like they were cut with a die or cut with dull tooling in two passes. jagged, ripped.
The tooling marks indicate rough tooling with no thought of a final clean up pass / basic machinist knowledge
Here are some pictures, does this look like a professional job to ANYONE? [redacted]

My zb 37 barrel from prexis is also to long leaving almost a 1/4" gap between the flash hider and the barrel shroud. Also the groves that lock the barrel in are not deep enough so the barrel will not fit in the barrel lock without more machining. Not sure about the gass seal I haven't checked..
