EVIDENCE. While repossessing a vehicle for non payment our driver was verbally and physically attacked by the drivers of said unit. Additionally During this repossession process the driver and passenger of the repossessed vehicle violently beat on our trucks windows and doors. It is normal for people to act in self defense when attached and utilize any means to defend and retreat when being attacked and someone is trying to open your doors to hurt you. Post repossession procedures are to hold vehicles until lien holders properly release the unit to the registered owner. This is also inclusive of appointments and proper I.D., without either you are not permitted to access or remove a vehicle. This is not a "hostage, thuggish, terrorist, or kidnaps" procedure, its simply normal business operations. If there are any damages to the unit it is as a result of the male driver attempting to remove a hooked and lifted vehicle from a wrecker 4 feet in the air, you can thank him for that. In addition driving over a curb in the process cant help the performance of the vehicle, you can thank him for that as well. All the allegations of theft, innocent people, Trump, vandals, Chrysler, and so on are without merit and dismissed. The vehicle was driven off of our lot and into the sunset without issues.

We are unaware of who "The Company" is when referencing any contact about any repossession and we are not privy to any bankruptcy filings. Like most businesses we were closed due road closures 1/16/2018 thus we would not be able to make or take any calls. Any and all other complaints/statements are...

from a third party and not a party to this matter thus will not be addressed. We thank you for your service in the armed forces and wish you the best.
