Review: I purchased a pair of [redacted] 2.0 coilovers for my 2014 [redacted] Frintier Pro-4x Crew Cab with a stock bumper and stock suspension. A major concern for installing any aftermarket suspension products on my model of truck is that the upper control arm has the potential to contact the coil bucket causing damage and creating a safety hazard. I spoke with [redacted], the owner and manager of PRG PRoducts and he specifically said that the coilover previously mentioned are what he personally recommended and that there would also be no uca/coil bucket contact. This fact was also stated on the PRG Products' website listing for the Above mentioned coilovers. So based on [redacted]'s recommendation, I purchased the coilovers from his company. He told me that it would take about a week for the coilovers to be built and that they would be there the following weekend so I would have to wait two weeks from the time that I made my order. After that date passed, it took multiple emails and calls to finally get an actual ship date and I finally received the coilovers almost a month after the order date. I installed the coilovers and everything seemed well. After a couple hundred miles of highway driving, I got under my truck to check all the bolts to make sure everything was in proper order and this is when I noticed the upper control arm had been making contact with the coil bucket, causing deep gouges into the metal of the coil bucket which supports the weight of the whole truck. After many emails I am still unable to get in contact with [redacted] and receive any support for this issue that he specifically said would not happen in the first place. He is avoiding me and that is bad business practice. I will have to go to a fabrication shop and have the coil buckets replaced (requires voiding my warranty and also lots of welding and fabrication of which I will have to pay for). [redacted] and PRG Products has the ability and responsibility to make this right but they are failing to do so.Desired Settlement: PRG Products should provide to me the following: complimentary aftermarket upper control arms to alleviate any further contact of the upper control arm and coil bucket, and reimbursement for the cost of coil bucket fabrication & replacement.

Review: I purchased parts from PRG products May 2015. Once arrived I noticed that they did not fit my vehicle. Upon contacting the seller, [redacted], he said I ordered the wrong part number, he gave me the correct part number and said I could return or exchange them. I purchased the new parts online and returned the parts that did not fit in July 2015. Although I received and was charged for the new parts, I have not received my refund for the returned parts. I have made repeated attempts to contact the seller but he has not responded to any of my attempts. It has been over 6 months with no response at all. My credit card statements show both purchases and no refunds.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my $85.52 refunded for the parts I returned.

Review: This vendor sold me defective parts in May 2013. I requested a refund and was refused. Months later he accepted the parts for repair. I received them back in the same defective condition. I was promised a refund in the beginning of February. I received partial refund on 2/25. I was never given an invoice for my purchase. Vendor claims that was mailed on 2/18, which I never received. Vendor shorted my $60, which is owed to me. I had made dozens of phone calls to the vendor throughout this issue trying to resolve the issue. Vendor made numerous promises which were never met.Desired Settlement: I would like the remaining $60 owed to me for the purchase I made

Business

Response:

Company states the consumer returned parts after having them for a year, mind you that there is only a 30 day warranty on parts. He took the parts back and refunded the remainder of the money. The parts that were returned were destroyed. The consumer is unsatisfiable and I wish to not further communicate with his about this complaint.
