I have never experienced worse customer service. From the time frame that was promised being close to eight months late, to the furniture arriving damaged, this experience has been a true nightmare. Once Priba was notified of the damaged goods, they picked up one of the pieces to replace with a new one. They then tried to pass off a refurbished piece as a new one on the return trip. At that point, we requested they pick up the furniture and return our money. Priba has ignored our requests and continues to string us along. Our salesperson, C[redacted], has lied to us repeatedly and we still have not been satisfied eight months later. Attempts to contact the owner have gone unanswered. They will say anything to get a sale, but leave you out in the cold once they have your money. The broken furniture is still at our home waiting for them to pick it up. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this company.
