Mrs*** purchase a bed from us on 6/25/This bed was off of our floor marked as a sale item and all sales finalWe delivered the item with no delivery chargeShe later called back and said that she does not want the bed*** in our office explained to her that the sale items were finalHowever, trying to accommodate Mrs***, Priba offered her two optionsFirst, to return the item for a restocking fee of 30%We also offered her a store credit for the entire amountShe told *** in our office that she would take the store credit in order to not lose any moneyI am surprised to hear that she went to the Revdex.com because Priba did everything according to our contract and offered her a very fair resolution that she excepted
To help clear this up, I will be willing to refund Mrs*** her monies via a check less $This fee will cover our two visits to her homePlease let me know if this would satisfy Mrs***

First of all Priba did NOT make two trips, the bed was returned with the initial deliveryThey can check with their delivery person *** to confirmSecondly, I was NOT told all sales were final when purchased off the floorMy salesperson, *** assured me the bed I chose would accommodate the mattress I choseShe said she called the company to confirmThe delivery gentlemen said they could alter the bed rails to make the mattress fit, however, they could not promise the wood would not splitThey said it would be at my own riskNaturally, I didn't want to do thatSo I returned the bedI was told of the restocking fee but they agreed to waive that since I was sold a bed and mattress that were not compatible and since the bed was off the floor
I am at a loss as to why they feel they should not refund the entire cost of the bed, $I am also at a loss as to why they are surprised that I contacted the Revdex.comI gave them a final opportunity to make this right explaining I would be contacting the Revdex.com if I did not hear back from them
I am years oldI simply want to put this behind meI am asking Priba to do the right thing and refund the cost of the bed in full

Despite the fact that our contract states "All Sales Are Final", we will refund $We have made several attempts to appease our customer by taking the return without charging a re-stocking fee and offering a store credit for the bedWe hope this resolves this issue.-**

Priba apologizes for the time frame on Mrand Mrs*** receiving their deliveryAt the time of receiving their Taylor King furniture in, they were contacted for payment, which is when we released their order for delivery
Unfortunately, there were issues with the delivery truck breaking down, Priba stayed in contact with the customer and advised them the issue that *** *** was havingWe tried contacting other carriers, but since Mr***'s order was on the broken down truck on the road there wasn't much we could do until that truck returnedJessica stayed in contact as she was updated by D&D with the occurring issuesMr*** has received his Taylor King order and there was a clean bill of landing signed at time of delivery
