Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Business did not correct the problem immediately on the site and left the ad days later than when the purchase occurred Full reimbursement is the least the business should do, being that an alternate product is currently available through manufacturer, at least MSRP should be refunded in order for customer to acquire a replacement through a different vendor, especially since the error was not corrected as previously stated In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

2 days after the purchase, sale and ad is still available at vendor's site, order should be honored and product should be shipped, if not the color/model selected, an equivalent to it according to the ad.

the item was out of stock and no longer available.  We contacted our customer immediately to make them aware of the issue:Feedbackcx called in the ref of email informed cx the unit has been discontinued cx say he needs the unit anyhow you can contact the manufacture and get that unit form them and ship the unit to me informed we will not be able to get the unit in stock so we will refund your money within 2-5 bds cx ok
As agreed, our customer's PayPal account has be fully refunded using Transaction ID #[redacted] and the order has since been canceled.   We sincerely regret we were not able to fill this order in a timely fashion.

My experience with Pricebreak is execellent. I ordered a Fish Finder, which upon receipt, I found was not what I wanted. I requested return authorization which was promptly given along with a prepaid return shipping label. Credit for the the full amount of the purchase was given to my PayPal account the same day they received the unit.

Thank you for the email. The Beautyrest Recharge Melnick Luxury Firm is not the same as the BeautySleep Chickering Luxury Firm. They are from different lines altogether. The BeautySleep line features a 700 coil density whereas the Beautyrest Recharge line features the 800 coil density and is a step up.
