I was forced to pay 20,000USD to get my furniture using different blackmails forcing to pay immediately any new extra bills otherwise extra fees would be charged immediately or furniture would not be moved even after paying downpayment, refusing to provide any detals of invoice, refusing to give back-up document for extra invoice, providing different shipment dates, different container vessels names, different numbers of crates and dimensions, and finally receiving crates in December 5 months after pick-up date. Crates are still today on driveway 2 months after delivery when removal of debris and crates is included in the door to door service. I have been pressured to pay 6 times more than original quotation through blackmailing. This company uses faudulent practices.Desired Settlement: recover 15,000USD from the total payment.
