Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I received a voicemail from the manager Trudy, who was very polite and understanding that the company was at fault for this particular situationTrudy assured me that I could send the invoice for the repair for which I am currently hiring a 3rd party contractor to take care ofI will do that as soon as the repair is madeI feel that this will be an adequate resolution to my issue, once it is completed.Sincerely, [redacted]

Regarding this issue, we apologize for the lack of invoice received as it seems that the problem lies thereWe can assure you that $worth of work was done as quotedThe amount changed because the scope of work changed, increasing the chargeAn invoice definitely should have been sent out as
requested and we can assure you that this is an isolated issue, one that will be an issue again as we have a full time office manager nowAt this time last year we were growing quickly and didn't have the internal staff to support this growthAs far as the damage, we definitely don't want the customer to be financially responsible for our mishapsolutions would be to reduce the invoice amount to cover any damage and send customer a refund check along with an invoice for the reduced amount, or refund the total amount requested if that will resolve this and make the customer happyThat is our ultimate goal with every customer, to feel they were treated fairly and got a good value on services rendered

Regarding this issue, we apologize for the lack of invoice received as it seems that the problem lies there. We can assure you that $385 worth of work was done as quoted. The amount changed because the scope of work changed, increasing the charge. An invoice definitely should have been sent out as...

requested and we can assure you that this is an isolated issue, one that will be an issue again as we have a full time office manager now. As far as the damage, we definitely don't want the customer to be financially responsible for our mishap. 2 solutions would be to reduce the invoice amount to cover any damage and send customer a refund check along with an invoice for the reduced amount, or refund the total amount requested if that will resolve this and make the customer happy. That is our ultimate goal with every customer, to feel they were treated fairly and got a good value on services rendered.
