We do not make any claim in the Premium Blend Soil as to the PH level or the potassium, phosphorus or nitrogen contents [redacted] received a product exactly as advertised and is what we as owners use in our own gardens We have sold thousands of yards of the Premium Blend Soil this year, and this is literally the only complaint we have received We plant in the same product and, as is the case with gardening and farming, sometimes plants die It can be the result of overwatering, underwatering, insects, amendments that she could have mistakenly added to her garden, or it could be the plants themselves were never healthy to start with Her bad luck with her garden could be the result of any number of other reasons The nature of the test results she mentioned might result in a less than desirable yield, but, it wouldn't kill off an entire garden For all we know, a neighbor could have applied an herbicide nearby and the drift into her garden caused her plants to die In addition, of the [redacted] is referring to, $of that is shipping costs of the soil If she wants to arrange delivery back to us of the three cubic yards of the soil that she purchased, then I will refund the balance of her soil purchase, which is $ The $delivery charge is non-refundable
I am rejecting this response because:I am an experienced vegetable gardenerI agree that there are many things that can hurt plants, and in this case we know exactly what is hurting the plants because we have actual data that shows us this soil is not fit to grow healthy vegetables inI added nothing to this soil, this is what was dropped on my driveway just a few months agoThe product was not as advertisedI ordered a soil blend that was ready to grow in, not a blend that was so off balance that it would badly stunt the growth of any healthy plant I put in itI put plants in from three different places over a timespan of a monthThey were a mix of heirlooms and hybrids, some I grew, some came from [redacted] ***, and some were grown by a friendThis soil made them all very sick, indiscriminatelyThere is no denying the numbers from the soil lab, the soil is not fit for veggie gardening.Other people might not have called to complain about their soil, but there is a lively discussion in a Columbus area [redacted] forum about how several people have received bad soil this year from PriceRegards, [redacted]
