On or around August 26th I inquired on a passenger party bus for a group of Juniors for their Homecoming from Price Limo This would be their transportation to and from the dance I made the reservation on August 27th, and was advised the total was with a deposit The $deposit came out immediately and I received a confirmation email being advised that PRICE LIMO would be in contact with me to send me the vendor info of who was going to supply the service because they are only the booking company That was completely understood by me Well a couple days went by and no contact from Price Limo I called them and was told to send a picture of my card (last digits only), so I did Waited more days and heard nothing from them I called them back on or around September 3rd and was advised the passenger bus I needed was not available any longer and they could look at other options, smaller buses or several limos etc So I let [redacted] look into other options He came back with a passenger bus for $ I advised him absolutely not I had already advised children and parents that the cost would be $per person and how could they justify a smaller bus for the same grand total as a passenger bus Advised him needed price between $51-$per person He came back to me with a grand total of $for the rental minus my $deposit I paid to them so my balance would be $due to the provider of the service When I agreed to this contract it took him days to send me the vendor who was providing the service information to me I basically took the picture he sent me of the bus they had available and put it in google image search and the website [redacted] came up Lucky me it was the correct one I called 654-Limo to inquire if they knew about my upcoming contract and I was told by [redacted] that she had not received anything yet from anyone and could not talk to me about price or specifics til she received the contract Fair enough So I waited a few days and called [redacted] back at [redacted] and was able to get information on me making the next payments to them Over the next two weeks I called [redacted] at [redacted] several times because I felt uneasy about how Price Limo had handled themselves and I was assured the contract and rental were just fine and set to take place I was told by [redacted] I would get a call from the driver a day or so before to confirm specifies on pick up and drops offs [redacted] On the day of the event September 20th at 2:30pm central standard time I received a call from the driver wanting to confirm details with me for the 7pm pick upâ ¦OK so I went over details and felt pretty good that this was not a sham and the rental was to take place that night Wrong, oh so very wrong At 6:pm with twenty three and year old children and parents waiting to be picked up I get a call from [redacted] at [redacted] stating the bus would not be making it because of a blowout He could send limos from [redacted] Florida that would be there to pick these kids up at 9pm to take them to their homecoming if we wanted If not, he assured me my $that I paid him would be refunded to me and he would let Price Limo know what happened so they could make a decision on the $deposit We opted to take the kids to the Homecoming independlty and to get a refund To date which is October 2nd, I have yet to receive a dime back from either company On Monday September 22nd I called [redacted] making sure [redacted] had given the office the info to work on a credit and that I wanted it back in the form of a check because I was using a prepaid debit card for this transaction and did not need the hassle of pulling minimum amounts out I was advised by [redacted] a credit was being issued and it would take 5-business days to have the check cut I also called Price Limo on this date and had to leave a message with [redacted] times over the course of two days to get a call back Finally on Wednesday September 24th I spoke with her to make sure the $credit was issued and could I get it in a check as well She advised me that a paper check was not possible but it should take 3-business days to credit back In the meantime I had an irate parent calling wanting to know when they would be refunded and accusing me of possibly not even making a reservation I obviously did not even entertain her silliness and told her to call [redacted] and let them give her the information about the credit Well several hours later she messages me back stating [redacted] told her and two other parents that I had already been credited the money back I had to explain to this mother that sometimes when credits are issued and when you receive them back are two different things, especially when it comes to paper checks, but [redacted] should have never given them information On Monday September 29th I called [redacted] at [redacted] and gave her info about [redacted] telling people incorrect info and to inquire on when I should get my check She told me checks are only sent out every Wednesday and Friday Well, we have had one of each since the 20th of September Advised that my check should be mailed on October 1, I also called Price Limo to check on the $deposit credit that is to be issued to the prepaid card [redacted] told me to call back Wednesday if I had not received it yet I called back Wednesday October 1st since it had not been credit and spoke to [redacted] who could tell me nothing other than it was credited back but could take 3-business days When I told him we are past that window he stated well if it wasnâ t done til Thursday or Friday then they still had time left I spoke with you all on Wednesday September 24th why wasnâ t it issued that same day? I am now SIX business days out and the credit has still not been processed Whatever you do, DO NOT RENT FROM EITHER OF THESE VENDORS As convenient as this company may come across as handling everything for you I have had nothing but problems from day one I have also been very understanding that credits take time to be sent out but they have seemed to drop the ball a couple times if they have even issued credits or if the bus was even on its way over here that night Please do not fall victim to either one of these vendors

I just wanted to report how unsatisfied we were with the services. First and foremost the limo was 35 minutes late, second the driver was dressed unprofessionally. Third, as he opened the door there were cleaning products all thrown on the limo floor. The limo was very unclean, it smelled like someone had smoked in. The AC was not blowing cold air and it was a very hot and humid night. The driver drove like a maniac to get us on time to where we needed to be. As well as for the Limo itself, we didn't even desire to take pictures in front of it from how beat up it looked. We were extremely unsatisfied with the limo itself and the services, and even more upset that we had to pay $600 worth of awful services.

I had a business meeting that I needed to attend and could not afford to miss. I needed a car and driver ASAP and have never used The price4limo.com web portal service before. I was not sure what kind of service I would get. In about 5 minuets of submitting my request for an 8 Passenger Limousine I was contacted. They connected me with Aspen Limo Tours and I was on the road. Awesome job and great customer service. Five Stars. They will take good care of you..

I made the reservation on August 27th, 2014 and was advised the total was 1800 with a 450 deposit. The $450 deposit came out immediately and I received a confirmation email being advised that PRICE 4 LIMO would be in contact with me to send me the vendor info of who was going to supply the service because they are only the booking company. That was completely understood by me. Well a couple days went by and no contact from Price 4 Limo. I called them and was told to send a picture of my card (last 4 digits only), so I did. Waited 2 more days and heard nothing from them. I called them back on or around September 3rd and was advised the 35 passenger bus I needed was not available any longer and they could look at other options, smaller buses or several limos etc. So I let [redacted] look into other options. He came back with a 26 passenger bus for $1800. I advised him absolutely not. I had already advised children and parents that the cost would be $51 per person and how could they justify a smaller bus for the same grand total as a 35 passenger bus. Advised him needed price between $51-$53 per person. He came back to me with a grand total of $1378 for the rental minus my $450 deposit I paid to them so my balance would be $928 due to the provider of the service. When I agreed to this contract it took him 3 days to send me the vendor who was providing the service information to me.
