The extended service coverage that this customer purchased included protection against mechanical breakdown and does not cover any scheduled maintenanceThe customer stated that the Honda dealership did not look at any internals on the vehicle, including the timing belt - neither did Price
Ford as this would be extremely cost prohibitiveThe customer was given the opportunity to test drive the vehicle, have the vehicle independently inspected, and make their own decisions - all prior to their purchaseThe customer opted to purchase an extended service plan for peace of mindTo infer that we should have been able to predict the future failure of the vehicles components several months in advance is impossibleWe sold this vehicle with a full inspection and the customer purchased the vehicle along with an extended service planWe are more than willing to work with the customer on the required maintenance but at this point, we are only hearing what a Honda dealer is saying as the vehicle has not been brought to our service departmentWe will not participate in the cost of service bills completed at other dealerships but are more than willing to assist our customers with repairs performed in our facilityThe price of the vehicle was adjusted prior to the sale to accommodate the customers concerns with the transmission and the customer acknowledged the discount and stated they would take care of it themselvesPlease bring the vehicle to Price Ford if you would like further consideration

There is a bit of a loss in translation. This is an unfortunate situation. The customer made a point to negotiate the price of the vehicle to compensate for his concerns about the vehicle prior to purchase. He did not have the vehicle independently inspected, as was his option, prior to purchase. He signed documentation stating his full understanding that the vehicle was sold 'As-Is'. Again, I will be unable to assist with any bills for work performed by other dealerships. Please bring the vehicle to Price Ford or contact our used vehicle manager to discuss this situation further.

Sure, there is a problem with translation. English is my 4th language, and you guys act as if person don't speaks perfect English and not white he is stupid.  The negotiated price was over the phone with your assurance that car has no issue, and you didn't discounted $1 for problems we found at the test drive. All you did is to sale me fake insurance.  I'm not going to bring my car to place like your.
