Revdex.com spoke with the ownerThe scratches the customer mentioned in their complaint was not done at the shopWhen the customer came into the shop he became very verbally abusive to all staff and the business is not willing to allow a consumer to conduct themselves in that manner around their staff and other consumers. The customer is welcome to have her vehicle serviced there in the future if he is able to conduct himself in a more professional manner

To Whom It May Concern: we at Price Automotive would like to apologize to [redacted] and her husband for their frustration [redacted] came to the dealership on 4/7/looking for a [redacted] that was listed on our website Unfortunately, that vehicle had been sold that very morning At no point did we "refuse" to sell her the vehicle; it was simply no longer for sale because it had in fact been sold to someone elseI do not know of any website that instantaneously removes items in real time Unfortunately there is always a lag of some duration For this reason, we have the following disclaimer on all our vehicle search pages: "All prices, specifications and availability subject to change without noticeContact dealer for most current information." Availability does change, and change quickly Our salesperson did offer alternatives that may have worked, and even offered to take [redacted] to our other two locations across town to see if any items in their inventory might work for them Of course that offer still stands We strive to always have the most accurate information on our website, and we believe that 99% of the time that is the case But technology does have limitations, and this was one of the rare instances that those limitations were exposed If there is any other information we can provide, please do not hesitate to contact us Warm Regards, [redacted] COO, Price Automotive

Review: Price [redacted] has at least two vehicles listed on their website for sale. However, when my husband and I went in (on two separate occasions) we were refused sale of either vehicle. We were told neither vehicle was for sale. After stating it was on the website they said they knew but weren't selling vehicles. They continuously tried to sell me a new vehicles telling me it was in my best interest. They told my husband the same thing.Desired Settlement: I would like this business to stop false advertising and using these vehicles with these prices to get people in the door. This cannot be legal!
