When Mr [redacted] came into purchase the Buick Century we realized it was out of gas and was the reason it wouldnt stay runningWe put gas in the car it seemed to run good after doing this Mr [redacted] seemed happy about the purchase at the time of the sale we did not here anything from Mr [redacted] for about days when he left message that he was having troubles with keeping the car running we attempted times to contact Mr [redacted] with no reply at the time of purchase we agreed to let Mr [redacted] put $down & owe $at a later date when that date came & went I contacted Mr [redacted] he was short & irate on the phone saying he diagnosed the problem & had a Mechanic on the way to fix the car stating he already had two other mechanics that looked at the car & didn't get it fixed we can not be responsible for a car that other people have worked on nothing what might have been done to the car all cars are sold AS iS Mr [redacted] is aware of the signed As iS statement when asked about the money owed he said he woulnt pay what was owed & wanted his money back I told him if he didnt pay we would have to take the car back without any refund we ended the phone call the next day Mr [redacted] called me back with apologizing about money owned again I offered to spilt the balance owed from $to $for him helping with come of the repairs he was dealing with he was happy with this and asked me to give time until 15-to pay the $I asked if he would be satisfied with this agreement he said YES and we agreed to that end

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response is peppered with liesWhile I did show up two days after purchase, on the day the van stopped working late in the day, nearly closing time, I indeed did not walk in and throw the keys on the deskI was too upset to even exit the vehicle passenger side because I had spent $on a vehicle that had just stopped workingMy boyfriend Matt entered the office aloneWe did leave the van parked outside the gate because it no longer moved!! I have three (two of which are children) witnesses that had to WALK to a bus stop with me that nightI had no vehicle to hop into and speed awayI also have proof that I had to pay for the vehicle to be towed away, as it no longer would move As for correspondence about my license plates, funny I have no record of their supposed phone call to say my transferred plates were readyWhy would I knowingly leave them there until February?! I didn'tI was never informed my plates were availableI just walked in while on that side of town and requested them This business has a poor way of treating their customers and telling lies.Sincerely, [redacted]

Always two sides to a story on 11-8- [redacted] came in on our Plymouth Voyaeer test drove & made an offer we accepted when doing paper work [redacted] was given opportunity to have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic and signed a form stating she was given this opportunity & decided to sign & wave any mechanic to pre inspect the for is included in my response clearly stating this we always encourage buyers to have it pre inspected before purchase the decision not to is up them when she came into the lot the evening she left the vehicle she came in minutes before closing tossed the keys on the desk & asked to leave the van for someone to look at it for her we have a small location with no room for cars that are not ours my salesman said she could leave it outside the gate over night because of the issue she was having she jumped in a friends car & drove away not having to walk anywhere & confused where that is coming from when we came in the next day we called her & explained we didn't have a mechanic to help with issues she said she would have it towed home & someone else look at it for her as far as plates I have proof marked on her file we left message for her on her phone on 11-19-days after purchase we do not return money on vehicles that are running good at the time fo purchase & after couple days having complaint we never know what a vehicle has been through afte it leaves our lot she never responded to our call about plates being in our office waiting for her to pock p finaly on 2-2-she came in and picked up he plates

When *** first came to us we helped her with financing a vehicle only $down out of her pocket she prove that one months with no issues came back to us when paid off Again we financed her on another vehicle with only $cash out of pocket & traded
in the 1st purchase *** & her husband checked out our inventory picked out a van after a test drive we stated we didn't know of any issues but no crystal ball on any used vehicle they had the option to have it looked at by a mechanic they decided they were happy with there choice and purchased the vehicle knowing its sold as is and they are responsible for any repairs that might occur after three months of payments *** husband called me asked if they could trade out of that one we offered to take back in trade current vehicle & get them financed in a different vehicle once again with little to no $$ out of pocket with all the slander & bad talk *** has tried to make us look bad but when it comes down to it we more than once helped them out with little money out of pocket after all this we would like *** to take responsibility & pay for her car she didn't make her payment in May now June she knows she bought it as is and is responsible for all repairs
