"Price Is Right" Carpet Center

Review: Price is Right Carpet installed laminate flooring and carpeting in my home. I asked to put down transition pieces from laminate to carpet, was told wouldn't be neded, they cut the carpet and use tool to stick carpet in and over nails at doorway. They did it their way, now strings coming out of carpet, stepping on nails. have contacted company 5 times, each time promised someone would either call or show up, to date, 1 month, no one has done either.Desired Settlement: install 3 transition pieces on 3 bedroom thresholds.
