During the crisis our country is in at this time they refuse to refund our trip saying we had to cancel 30 days before check-in. We have emergency only travel restrictions in out city but still can't get a refund because the Federal Government hasn't said we can't go there. I'm dumbfounded about their reaction and lack of empathy.

At this time, our local and US Government has not closed beaches, restaurants or pools in our location. We can only operate with the direction we are given at this time. If that changes and and official travel ban is enacted, a full refund would be given. We are prepared to contact the guest immediately when local officials give us additional information. Also, during the booking process, we suggested that the guest purchase travel insurance 3 times. The guest declined 3 times. If they had purchased travel insurance they would be able to receive a full refund at their discretion.

I booked a trip in June. They have cancelled it and notified me by email. Refuse to honor rate they previously booked at.
On June 7, 2018, I booked a 7 day trip with Price Morgan Vacation Rentals for June 2019 in Panama City. I paid a deposit of $258.61 with a remaining balance of $1465.43, which was confirmed on the telephone with a representative, Christina, and by email on my booking confirmation. Today (September 24, 2018), I received an email stating "This email is to confirm the cancellation of your trip to Panama City Beach, FL staying at 1803 Ocean Ritz. The rates for June 2019 had not been set yet so this was booked incorrectly at a system default rate." When I called Price Morgan, I was told that my trip was incorrectly booked by them and had now been cancelled. They said they have processed the refund of my deposit. I was offered no further explanation or accommodations. This is false advertising because the rate I was booked at was advertised on their website. I was quoted that price on the phone by a representative, as well. Now, they are refusing to honor the rate they quoted and confirmed through my reservation.

Desired Outcome

I would like my reservation to be reinstated at the price that was advertised, quoted to me by a representative, and used for the booking of my reservation.

We are very sorry for the miscommunication regarding the rental rate. The unit owner will not accept the incorrect rate and were forced to cancel the reservation to prevent the guest from being charged the full amount. We give guests the right to cancel with no penalty 30 days prior to arrival, and we also have the right to cancel a reservation with no penalty as we did with this reservation.

I do not agree with their decision, especially since they did not even bother to call me. They only sent an email "confirming the cancellation." That shows poor customer service and a lack of concern for customer care. The only reason I selected yes to agree with their response is because I realize this company is unwilling to do anything else. If they could not manage to call me to explain the situation, I am not surprised they show little care for the situation it has put my family in.

I am over charged by 250.00. Site showed 532.00! Card charged 799.99! Icancelled stay & was told I wouldn't be charged if someone else reserved room.
I've been lied to about why I was charged 250.00 extra. Was told it would be fixed. A 44.00 damage waiver would be added and the 250.00 refunded. I asked about cancelling & was told if someone rented condo, I wouldn't be charged, but, they haven't relisted it on any site, and said it would be within 24 hours of the 12th.
I want my full refund back and will never stay at this place again.
If they don't get my money refunded I will sue.
All hotels allow cancellations.

Desired Outcome

Full refund and I promise to never stay there again.

This guest agreed to a rate when she booked via booking.com. She digitally signed a rental agreement stating she agreed to the rate and our terms and conditions. The guest made on 8/8/18 in full in the amount of 799.25. Here is the breakdown of those charges.

On August 12th the guest called to cancel her reservation. We explained the cancellation policy multiple times. We also explained that this reservation is nonrefundable within 30 days unless the unit gets rebooked. Here is a link to the property showing it is available for rental.

Hello!

It's because you opted out of paying the $44 limited damage waiver fee. Once that fee is removed our system will charge you a $250 security deposit that will be refunded after your departure.

I stayed at the St.Thomas the week before memorial weekend and my friend fell through a chair and the toilet was running the whole time.
The only call I received was to ask if she'd been to the hospital!
I didn't write any bad reviews.
But I'm going to contact the Revdex.com.
I cancelled giving you plenty of time to get this condo rescheduled and my money refunded.

per Citicard the 250.00 deposit is not there.

I spoke with someone at the Inn? and questioned the cancellation policy and was explaining my friend couldn't make the trip and I didn't want to go alone; and I was told if the unit was booked by someone else, I'd be okay, and my money refunded; and that the 44.00 waiver would be added and the 250.00 fee was being credited back to Citicard; and as of today, it still hasn't been.
Citicard is disputing the charges because I am not traveling 6 hours to this condo and hoping they give me the right gate code, and door code to the condo after all this unnecessary arguing.
The condo is not listed on booking.com or any of their many sites.
It shows open only on their personal company calendar.
I told the reservationist I would make the trip alone rather than lose the money, but I knew if they relisted it, it would get reserved.
Its a very nice place to vacation.
After all this discord..
I want my entire money refunded, because there are too many things that can be incorrectly given, like the gate code, the room code, the pool code, the parking sticker to even park there; due to all this and they do not answer their phones, their voice mails are full and I'm not going to drive 6 hours and be stranded by further mismanagement of this company.
I stayed there the week before memorial weekend in another condo there and the toilet ran the whole time, my 125 pound friend fell through a dining chair due to it having only 2 screws holding the seat to the frame; as did 2 other chairs; and they called to say they'd send a maintenance man who never came to fix the toilet, and then called only to see if we'd taken my friend to the hospital!
We had to cancel a dinner with an older friend we were going to have over at the condo the next night, because she was 70, and would have been badly hurt had she fallen.
I want my money refunded.
There is no way I would trust them to give me the right codes to get anywhere in these condos now and Eva(?) had told me if it didn't get reserved I could still do the trip to avoid losing the money, which is the ONLY reason I did cancel.
This whole thing was unnecessary.
They've mismanaged this horribly; and I don't ever want to stay there again.

I feel like we have addressed all of this customers questions.She has never stayed with us. I am happy to provide a copy of the signed rental agreement if necessary. I think this person is confused about her security deposit which was never paid. She paid the damage waiver instead. It is clearly stated above that this is a non refundable stay.

Once again, they are lying!
I stayed at condo 1203B May 21-May 25!
The emails above clearly show their responses about the 44.00 damage waiver & the 250.00 charge & my being told they would fix it.
Plus, I was verbally told I wouldn't be charged if the were able to rent the condo for those dates which are right before Labor Day.
We all know if they list it on all the hotel search engines I was told they use, it would have booked by now!
I want this resolved. I have disputed this with my credit card company. And also, filed a complaint with the Florida state attorneys office who I will be calling today.
Who is this person who is doing all this lying!?

This house was so nasty first of all, with so many problems. It had an awful smell, urine under the toilet seat, underwear under my daughters bed, dusty vents, dirty dishes, dirty microwave, dirty counter tops, floors had not been vacuumed, no running water for 2 hours, 2nd stove did not work, stains on sheets, smoking by prior guest on property which is prohibited, bugs in cabinet. And with all these issues we were only offered Gulf World tickets. We only used 5 because we had plans to do other activities. Then we were offered via text by Whitney half of the the cleaning and a $300.00 back. When I told her that I was going to do this review she went back on her word and took the offer back. Spoke with the GM Eva and she said you wouldn't refund me back anything if I took them to smalls claim court. I'm not going to waste my time doing that because its obvious that this company needs the money. But I will put everything that I can on my social media sites. Everything that I'm writing is facts. Plus, I have pictures but I cant post them on this site. You can find pictures that my partner posted on TripAdvisor. This is a health issue as well because I am allergic to cigarette smoke, which there was smoking on the property prior to our stay. No was prohibited on the property, that's why we picked XXXXX *** Ave, Panama City Beach, fl XXXXX. The two managers that I spoke with are Whitney and Eva. I also have text messages from Whitney stating the refund. And I have pictures on why I should be entitled to that. Ask for another home but none were available, so we had to stay in those conditions. The company did fix issues but the home took time away from our vacation, waiting cleaning lady, plumber etc...

Our staff went above and beyond to address this guest's concerns throughout her stay. Our housekeeping and maintenance personnel made multiple trips to the property to provide the highest level of service to this customer. She could not be satisfied. We sent her entire family of 14 to GulfWorld. This gesture was also not appreciated. Once it was determined that none our efforts would satisfy this customer we chose not to offer any additional compensation to this guest.

The fact of the matter is the company offered a compensation back and took it away when I told them I was doing a bad review. And as far as the Gulf World tickets we only used 5 and I told them that we didn't want them in the beginning because we already had pre-planned events. Don't offer something if you are going to take it back. The purpose of this complaint is to show consumers how Price Morgan operates. And consumers please know I have text messages stating the refund. Price Morgan did you offer me a refund and take it back???? Please don't lie, I forwarded all text messages to the Revdex.com but they can not post them for consumers.Im asking you to be truthful, that's the least you could do.
