After that, there was no additional response until I lodged the Revdex.com complaint. If your $200-$faucet fails out of the box, there should be a replacement $cartridge (or other remedy) in the hands of *** that day. Review: Was told to have new unit in stalled by a plumber and Pfister would pay me for the cost of the plumber.

I have sent three letters and made two phone calls trying to collect this money.

Review: The kitchen faucet we bought from them stopped turning. We read through their website and found that it may be possible our "o-ring" needed to be replaced. We tried taking our faucet off according to their instructions, but the faucet won't budge. We contacted them for assistance for this issue and the first email I sent (10/8/14), I received no response. 2nd email I sent, they told me to send a pic to their email instead of through their webpage. I did that on 10/30/14. They didn't respond. I sent another email on 11/6/14 and they came back with "it is not their product". I sent 2 emails back with a close up of the product name, proving it is, in fact, their product; one right away on 11/6 and another on 11/10/14. I still do not have a response from them.Desired Settlement: Do to the fact that we have tried on several occasions to simply ask them how we can get this faucet off to repair the o-ring, and their customer service has lacked, we are asking for a FULL replacement of the faucet due to the fact that it is inoperable and has caused us extreme inconvenience for a couple of months now. Customer service is very important, and if they offer warranties on their products, the least they can do is respond to their customers.

Review: Purchased Price Pfister faucet, Ashfield Collection Series 49 2008, notified Price Pfister and notified that the product had rusted and as a result of the rusted product, the faucet is leaking. Pfister was notified, I even sent pictures of the defective product and provided them with the Name and series number of the product, it's been months and I've not been able to use the sink because I've been waiting on the replacement unit, Pfister had initially sent a part but it wasn't whats needed, so when I informed them, I was told that they would be replacing the unit, it's been months now and I don't have use of My bathroom sink, at this point.

Review: When I purchased my Faucett at Homedepot less than 4 years ago I was told I wouldnt have a issue, at this time the faucet is now broken and I paid for a plumber to come out and remove it and could not fix it. I called on 1/24/2015 in which I was advised that they would replace it [redacted]ver for some reason they would need to order a shipping return lable from UPS and will email it which take 7-10 days. Today is past 10 days and I have made several calls to the company checking status and have been giving the run around. Review: This Faucet, a Selia F-534-PSL installed in March of 2013 does not swivel to redirect the water flow. It is practically frozen in one position. This is after being professionally installed by Mr. [redacted] of Cranberry Twp. Pennsylvania. It was correctly installed. Contact was made with Pfister rep.Carolyn assigning a case number of [redacted]. A washer a lube was sent but the installation already had correct installation with this washer in place. A tube of lube was alsoincluded but the tube was empty. This was done approx. Oct 15, 2013.On November 11, 2013 I sent a charged by Mr. [redacted]. Notheing has been heard back from Pfister and I am very dissatisfied with their efforts of correcting this situation with the defective faucet. Additionally, the flow and temperature lever operations are also starting to freeze.The charge for the faucet, purchased from Lowe;s in Monroeville,PA was $ 119.00 plus tax and the installation was $324 from Mr. [redacted].We would request that Pfister live up to their 10 year warranty and furnish another faucet and means for the installation.Desired Settlement: Replace the Selia F-354-PSL faucet in kind and provide service for installation.

Review: My complaint/problem with Pfister Faucets is bad customer service. I had an issue with their faucet in November 28th, 2015. I had a leak which began to damage my cabinets. Two weeks later they sent me a replacement, which was the incorrect faucet replacement. I had to wait another week for them to send me the correct faucet. sometime mid-December when I received the correct faucet without the washer. My faucet continued to leak. I was without a kitchen for 3 weeks and several days. I was extremely upset. Holiday season without a kitchen and unable to cook properly for my family. Using bathroom water (unsanitary) to cook rice and clean. After my third call to Pfister they agreed to pay for a new faucet and installation. On December 23, 2015 I was able to have a new faucet installed by Professional Plumbing. I forward Pfister an invoice as promised. Til today, January 26, 2016 I have not received my refund as they promised. This issue has caused my many headaches (migraines) and stress. I would like to be refunded as they promised and would like compensation ($$) for my stress.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded $345.25 and compensation for my stress (same as amount) they have caused me and my family. I have waited over 3 months to resolve this issue.

I have not received any Check from Pfiester. I will be receiving a new statement soon including late fees. I would like Pfiester to pay for the late fees as well. I would like for Pfiester to also include a check of $15/call due to the amount of time I lost during my work hours (5 hours). An hour/call. I believe this reasonable after all the months I've tried to resolve this issue. As soon as I recieve the new statement I will forward it to Pfister.

Review: I purchased a Pfister bathroom faucet" Parisa: F-042-PRCC. The instructions to install had tiny print, were all over the pages, and left out information which would have helped such as whether the ends of the copper pipe would need special fittings since the threads did not go all the way around. One piece, a plastic gasket,was curved when it should be straight, the chromed surfaced scratched very easily. I consumed more time than necessary and did not get it installed.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement unit. I want them to make sure that every piece of the unit is perfect condition.

Review: I purchased and installed a new Price-Pfister Nia faucet in mid January (approx. 1/15/15). I was disappointed by the quality of such a high priced plumbing fixture (all plastic lines and interior parts), but the unit functioned adequately at the time.

In less than 2 weeks, the hot water stopped working. The next day, the cold stopped as well. I filed a complaint with Price-Pfister on January 29. Since that time, my family has had no source of water in our kitchen. Pfister advertises a 100% guarantee on their plumbing fixtures, but their response has been indifferent, woefully slow, and inadequate.

My own diagnosis of the product defect here is the same as the Pfister representative with whom I spoke on the phone. Cold and hot intakes flow just fine, and no kinks in any of the lines. Backflow from the faucet line carried an abundance of small plastic fragments. The Pfister valve ("cartridge) appears to have failed completely. I am very disappointed that an expensive Pfister fixture has performed so very poorly.

Pfister Customer Service promised to send a replacement cartridge, which I will need to figure out how to install or pay a professional plumber to install. Two weeks later, no cartridge has arrived, and a USPS tracking number provided by Pfister is not recognized by USPS.Desired Settlement: My family has not had water in our kitchen for more than 2 weeks.

I request that Pfister immediately send a new Nia by overnight delivery. If a Nia is not available or cannot be trusted not to fail again, then a similar looking faucet of equal value would be acceptable. My family and I eager await your reply.

Within the past week, our faucet has been getting tight, not able to turn on/off or move the faucet from side to side like we are suppose too be able to do. As of yesterday, 9/30/2015 at 1155AM, I called PFisher, warranty department & created a warranty work order. Chelsea, the reprehensive that I spoke too said, she would sent out the repair parts to us in 7 to 10 business days for free. Today, 10/1/2015, this PFisher faucet was not able to turn on or move at all. This faucet just froze which is not a common issue. This faucet is faulty & warrants to be replaced with a new faucet. I needed to replace this faucet today because we were not able to use our kitchen faucet/sink. I went to [redacted] today & purchased another Pfisher kitchen faucet. I came home & tried to remove the other faucet but the hose would not separate because of the plastic clip on the sprayer hose would not come off. I was forced to cut the hose next to the plastic clip in order to get the faucet off. When I removed the faucet, I decided not to put another PFisher faucet back on. Instead, I went back to [redacted], got my money back for the new faucet & purchases a Moen Kitchen faucet. Now, our kitchen faucet works great without the issues that the PFisher faucet was causing! We are now able to use our sink without all the issues.Desired Settlement: This kitchen faucet must be replaced since there are so many issues with this faucet. This faucet should have never gone bad or have any issues in less than one year! This Kitchen faucet has a life time warranty on the faucet. The manufacture should had called someone out to check the faucet & fix the faucet immediately due to the issues but PFisher did not do that. PFisher expects the homeowner to do the repairs on there faucets when the faucet is bad!

Review: Purchased Pfister faucet model Glenfield, F534-PGF about a year old. Had it installed by a plumber. Its made for a two basin sink and swings from side to side. Some thing has gone wrong with a part on the inside of the unit. It makes a scraping sound when you try to move it from the left to the right basin. Sometimes you cant move it at all and I have to spray DW 40 on the joints so it will move from side to side. The Pfister company offers a life time warranty on its products., Its printed on the carton the part comes in.Desired Settlement: Replacement or refund

Review: Purchased Pfister Bath Lights Model #[redacted] (Lowes Model #[redacted]) on 6/19/2013. The lights rusted after only 6 months. I called the Pfister warranty number 1-800 PFAUCET [redacted]), was told to call [redacted]. I called that number and it had a recorded message to call Enchlites [redacted]. I then called that number and they told me to mail in the lights with a copy of my receipt to Attn: customer Service, [redacted] I mailed the receipt and all the light contents then received a call from Enchlites on 3/19/14 stating they could not do anything to fix the problem and that I should not have mailed them the lights. They said they could not help me and they dont deal with warranties. I called Pfister again today. They gave me the same numbers to call. I then called them back and explained the situation once again. Their support rep called Enchlites to work through the problem. I was on the phone for an hour as they explained to Enchlites the issues. They could not resolve the problem and simply opened another case # [redacted] then said they would have to phone me back. I have been given this run-around for months now. It should Not be this difficult to exercise a warranty guarantee. I could use your help in resolving this issue. Thank you[redacted]Desired Settlement: I do not want a replacement. After all this hard time I want a refund so that I can purchase lights from a respectable company. The total refund should cover the purchase price $133.72 plus returned shipping of $18.43 totaling $152.15
