*** *** is engaging in harassment through mail and phone after being asked more than once to cease and desist in contacting meHe is requesting to purchase property which is not for sale and has never been for saleHe has illegally posted my property with out my permission for sale on multiplle real estate sites which I have contacted directly to remove the listing

The claims made by *** *** are false.We take any feedback very seriously. We have never listed any home of hers or attempted to post any home of hers for sale or for rent. I believe this person may have our company confused with one of the other companies in the area.When I spoke
with this person they stated that we wanted to list their property for sale, which is false, we do not list properties. Our company buys properties to fix and resale in communities, improving areas or we buy properties to buy and hold.Thank you

I am continuously receiving junk mail from this companyI have received multiple mailingsOn 4-30-I attempted to contact the company by phone to ask that my name be removed from their mailing list
I did not receive a response from this company after leaving a voicemail
On 6-22-I again received an unsolicited mailing from this company

selling my house to price real estate was quick and easyhe gave me what I thought was a very fair price a lot faster than I was expecting

I am rejecting this response because:
I talked with the two men who trespassed on to my property last April. Both claiming to be sent to my property by [redacted] in hopes to purchase my house. Which is not and never will be on the market for sale. I then recived notifications from Zillo and Craig's list that my property was posted for sale with [redacted]'s name attached to the listings a long with photos of my house. After getting both listings removed I then started receiving phone calls and monthly mailing from [redacted], stating that he would like to purchase my property. Calling himself as it states on the many postcards that I received from him. What follows is typed word for word what's on every post card I have received from [redacted]:"My name is [redacted] and I want to $Buy$ your property at: (address was always printed under this) I'm a local cash buyer that will save you $$ in closing costs, repairs, commissions, other fees + time! If you would a quick, no-hassle sale at a fair price, then please call me at: [redacted]"I asked via phone for both the mailings and phone calls to stop, which they did not so I came to the Revdex.com in hopes of ending this without having to get the  authorities involved. Funny thing, after making the Better Business report all mailings and phone calls, except for one, stopped. If [redacted] promises to continue this cease of communication I will remove my complaint. If the mailings and phone calls continue I will get harassment charges filed against [redacted].
