Price Refrigeration & A/C

On May 27th I purchased an Anets Fryer model: SLG40, for $795.00 from Mr (name) at Price Refrigeration located at (address). The Fryer worked a few days.
On June 4th, 2011 the Fryer caught on fire , where I would later learn in the compartment area near the controls that are used to light the pilot.There was nothing being cooked in the fryer when this occurred.
On June 6th, 2011 I contacted Mr. (name) by phone. During our conversation I describe to him that the fryer had caught fire. He told me to bring the fryer in his office.
On June 17th, 2011 I dropped off the fryer to Price Refrigeration. Mr (name) told me to give him a week.
On June 24th, 2011 I stopped by Price Refrigeration and Mr (name) told me me it would be Wednesday before the fryer would be repaired. Mr stated he would call me when it was repaired.
On June 29th, 2011 the following Wednesday I received no phone call from Mr (name).
On July 1st, 2011 I stopped by your Price Refrigeration and Mr (name) began to tell that due to the holidays it was difficult for them to get parts. Mr (name) then stated that the parts would be in later that evening. Mr (name) then stated again he would call me when the fryer was repaired and he understood that I needed it for the holidays. There was no phone call received.
On July 2, 2011 I called Price Refrigeration and Mr (name) was not available. The young lady I spoke too that answered the phone said she would contact Mr (name) I give him my message. I had asked her to let Mr (name) know how desperately I needed my fryer and if there was any way I could get a fryer for the event I had to do. As of the date of July 8th I have not heard from anyone from Price Refrigeration.
On July 8th, 2011 I wrote Mr (name) at Price Refrigeration outlining the event above. I also stated that given the circumstances, I feel the only way to settle this matter is for Price Refrigeration to refund me my money. 795.00. I gave Price Refrigeration 14 days to give me a refund.
On July 14th I received a letter from , stating that my fryer was repaired and waiting for pickup.
On July 24th I sent Mrs (name) a letter stating first, I was not aware that all the components to this fryer where not present when I purchased it. The thermostat control knob was missing. I also stated that I contacted the manufacture and they stated the fryer should not have been sold without all its components. I also stated in the letter that I would give them 7 days to give my refund or I would seek my legal remedies.
