CEO and Founder of Clubstore Outlet sells store and area developer franchises. He claims to have supply lines from big box stores and does not, when he does get product to a store a large percentage is trash. There is no training to speak of for store and none for area developer. Within 6 months we found out major problems with franchise, store closings, product issues, delivery issues, etc. We have tried countless times to get a phone call and discuss, but once Tapp Palmer realized these are issues he would no longer call us. Canceled dozens of calls for over 8 months in some form or fashion. We have asked at least for a refund of our store franchise fee because the Franchisor did not complete there responsibilities and of course no response. We did manage to get one store in our area opened which took over 4 months to get our portion of territory fee. The store (franchisee) is to report sales, Tapp Palmer made agreement for them not to pay Royalties for six months, but he stated our portion of royalties would be paid by corporate. Of course no monies or reporting has been done. Basically, without having to write in detail, he took our money, when we wanted to discuss problems he quit communicating. There are no franchise brokers that we have spoke with that will touch this franchise because of the lack business qualities, communications, and so on. A great number of stores have already closed or went on there own. He has sold so many stores and area developers territories we are not the only ones who he has taken money from and not delivered a reputable franchise. We have been emotionally and financially devastated.
