I am rejecting this response because: it is a lie. The expedition was not repaired while it was in our possession. We insisted on a refund but was rejected and forced in another vehicle. The Pontiac had a bad transmission. They refused repairs. The bank, TOC financial, is not a recognized bank...
in NJ. They even refused to take payment to for the vehicle for several days and then just came and "repossessed" it, claiming that I lied on my application. Without a full refund, I will have no choice but to continue litigation with my attorney.
