I have had item in storage for +6 yrs. I set up so the company could take payment from my bank account. On more than one occasion they took more than one. I put a "STOP PAYMENT" at the bank. The company then changed their code which caused me problems at the bank I have taken measures once again to stop this and have alerted the bank since they have raided my payments without notice to me of an increase from $96.00 to $142.32 per month and no modification - I expect at least 30 day notice of any future changes & Pay cost of banking stop payment notice.
That I will pay at the office on the date Price Storage indicates THAT THEY DESIST TAKING PAYMENTS FROM MY BANK. That they mail me any future changes with a 30 day notice.

We at Price Self Storage are very sorry for all the misunderstandings and payment issues. This was mostly due to staff turnover which is beyond our control. A letter was sent out on April 16th notifying you of a price increase, not sure if we had the correct address on file. In the future we will give you 30 days notice of any further rent increases.
Your September rent was bounced back from the bank so we have not received payment for September, which I am willing to forgo, I will give you Septembers rent free. We have taken you off the list for automatic withdrawals from your bank account.
Going forward please note your rent is due by the 3rd of each month starting with October, 2019. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
