In response to the incident that occurred on Nov 20, with *** ***; the customers interpretation of what happened is slanderous and incorrectWe have many costumers and witnesses that can agree with our statement and the truth behind what all occurredIt started while I was in the kitchen,
their waitress *** came to tell me that the customer at table five said "you guys don't know how to cook!" I paused what I was doing to see if it was just a regular customer playing a joke; but it wasn't and he wasn't kiddingHe was starring at me as if to make sure I got the messageHe then yelled "that's right you guys don't know how to cook!" Normally I let the floor staff handle this type of situation because of the rule we have in place to avoid problems like these, "if the food on the plate doesn't look good, do not serve it to the customer." I continued working to keep the plates coming out, hoping our waitress would defuse the situationNot much time had passed before *** came to me again explaining he still wanted to talkI then asked him what the problem seemed to be to which he replied "The food was chaffed." I asked where the food was to see if what he said was trueIt seemed odd to me as I was in the kitchen cooking and making sure every item on each plate came out up to standardsNot to mention the waitress has forty years experience and would not serve inedible foodI tried to appease for the apparent burnt pancakes by taking their coffees off the ticketI then explained that in order for me to believe him I would have to see the foodHe then tells me that they ate it all but the pancakes, so at that moment I went to the bus tub and recovered the pancakes in questionI showed them to him and asked if these were his pancakes and if they looked burnt to himHe said "yes, they are charred" in which that was the point the disagreements beganI told him that they didn't look burnt to me so he replied with" then you eat them!" I told him not to be rude to me as I was never rude to him, *** simply replied with vulgarities like, "kiss my ***" and making gestures like flipping me off and smacking his butt while repeating what he was sayingBeing told this in ones own establishment would of course bother anybody, but he continued, as he began to walk awayAt this point I reacted and walked with him as he obviously wasn't done trying to insult meBefore, I had tried to reason with the man and defuse what shouldn't even have been a situation by giving the complimentary coffees, but he tried his hardest to be rude and offensive so in the spur of the moment I responded in the way he was being towards me, rudeI don't understand the commotion he made over the foodIf he didn't like it, we would have made him fresh food or if he didn't eat it we wouldn't have charged for the meal at allThere were many ways to go about this but insisting on insulting someone and telling them to their face they don't know how to cook isn't oneMy son had heard a man yelling at me outside so he came out to see what has happeningHe told *** to "calm down, because we did nothing but try to take care of him." *** continued to call me an ae to my sonAnother customer had heard the commotion and came out and told *** and his wife to take care and have a nice day trying to stop the dramaWe walked inside hoping it was all over as they stood outside continuing to take pictures and kept going on about how we were going to "burn for this." My other son wasn't working at the time this happened*** must have confused the other customer to be one of my sons, but in no way was my son or the other customer rude to himWe had no altercations with his wife as she wasn't talking much at all the whole timeI don't know what exactly *** wants to gain from this but it would be a shame to reward a man for being rude and vulgar to another in his workplace

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The owner who identifies himself as *** *** is lyingIt is sad when you have to cover for your own rude, racial and prejudicial actionIt is sad when you have to involve others in your scheme to try and sway people to believe such lies when they never had anything to do with itHis response is nearly totally an absolute lieThe real truth is in the attachmentI can also be contacted via phone ###-###-####If this was on video, it would have blown your mind but on the otherhand he would not have acted the way he did if he knew either my wife, me or someone else was videoing himIt would have to have been covertGod and the few patrons in there know the truth! This man is a racist and he has no shame!Best Regards,*** ***
