due to the customer's breach of contract the contract has been voided and the vehicle is in repossession mode. However, the customer has taken off with the vehicle and left no forwarding address for the business to get the vehicle back from this customer. When this customer's called this business he uses vulgar language directed towards the staff. No payment will be accepted from this customer and the business will continue to pursue repossession of the vehicle.

Review: Contract was final on 04-01-2016, I quit working there and went to offer first payment on 04-13-2016. He would not take payment and wanted the vehicle back after only owning it for 13 days. He continues to state non payment now that I still have the vehicle and he refuses to take payments he has forced me into breech of contract and repossession. he also stated I can't leave the state with the vehicle to work. because of this the 30 day tags that were issued have since expired and because he will not take payments He also will not allow me to pay for DMV tags.Desired Settlement: I would like for him to simply accept my payments to the truck that he sold and financed to me.
