*** called our office on 11/2/and 11/14/2016, we did not get our installer out to *** house until around 11/22/We did install windows in 2010, and we did put them in the existing openingOur windows are custom to fit into the exiting openingWe did not change the size of any

I understand that, moving forward, in order to handle any issues with the lifetime warranty of the windows I go to the manufacture . My issue was that Priced right waited over months to forward the information to myself or the manufacture. I was mislead that priced right would fix the windows, as they came and inspected the windows and told me for months that they were waiting for partsI can only image that it was I hopes we'd forget about the issueThe bigger issue is how priced right handled the issue, and the lack of straight forwardnessClearly if we had known that we needed to contact the manufacture from the beginning, we would have gone that route from the beginning and not waited months for priced right to resolve the issue. You can not fix poor customer service

I was wondering how to respond to this if I am "promised" a verbal response regarding fixing my window, but nothing in writing?I spoke to the business owner, [redacted], and he stated he would have to come out next spring (April), take the window out, put in a new steel header, and re-install the window.  He stated he did not have any additional installer to be able to solve this issue before next spring.I am concerned that if I close this case, the remedy to the problem will go nowhere; but I also want to be cordial about it and not come off as sounding like an impatient jerk.Thank you.[redacted]

We would advise any person to check out the Revdex.com and the Wisconsin Circuit Court Access [wcca.wicourts.gov/] before desiding to hire [redacted]l (Priced Right Exteriors). We are disappointed by the quality of workmanship that they have performed by the siding and window replacement on our home. They did not measure items correctly, they cut items too short, leaving gaps. They could not even caulk correctly, trim is only caulked on one item and they did not caulk the pieces together, leaving gaps. They did not measure the size of the windows correctly and they did not put the windows in correctly. We now have 1" crown moulding around the inside windows that meets the outside frame of the windows. There is no room for window treatments such as blinds or pull down shades that normally would be attached on the inside of the window frame because there is no space in the inside window because of the heavy moulding. We also had condensation on the inside windows when the temperature got down to 47 degrees at night. In winter this will turn to ice. These are new vinyl windows--they should not have condensation and ice on the inside. This was why we wanted new windows in the first place. They never told us that something was in there way, they just went ahead and did what they wanted. They removed two boards from our fence and then they shook the post until it broke on the bottom and they did not tell us about this until we found the post and boards lying on the ground. They told us they did this so they did not have to walk around to the front of the house with the siding, they sliped the siding through the empty space instead. At the end, they nailed the boards back onto the supports but they just placed the post on top of the broken off piece, not securing it together. We are very disappointed by the quality of work performed. If we could, we would welcome anyone to come to see for themselves. The hard part is, it is finished, and there is nothing that Howie Prahl can do to fix it. They can not just start over and do it over again because if they couldn't do it right the first time, they will never get it done right the second time. We feel there is nothing we can do about it but live with it. However, Buyer Beware! You get what you pay for! There are other businesses that do this work, check them out and Do Not Hire [redacted] (Priced Right Exteriors) or you just may end up sorry like we are.

Review: Had windows installed by price right in 2013. Are having issues with the windows closing and locking correctly.

Called price right to come fix. Took 2 week to come and look at originally. When only looked and supposedly wrote down the parts needed for the repair.

12 weeks later, have not heard a word from "Howey" of priced right. When I call I'm repeatedly told parts are on order.Desired Settlement: Get the windows repaired to the warranty that was presented to us at the time of the sale.
