I am rejecting this response because:
After discussing this matter yet again with my husband, with my current contractor and people who worked at my house last year and had seen Mr [redacted]'s behavior, we all agree that there is something terribly wrong with him, [redacted] or something else we are not aware of, and because of that and because of feeling sorry for his wife that has to apologize to people for his behavior (I do have apologetic email from them from last year when they were here in my house and Mr [redacted] had his rage outburst over me asking him to secure the outlet), we just want to put it all behind us and at the same time warn people. How do we know if it's not his ongoing scam? To finish the work and later on come back demanding more money and threatening people?
We did have city inspectors coming in, they did agree that Mr [redacted] needs to be reported for not having electric or plumbing license. Mr [redacted] cut off pipe lines in my kitchen, causing sewer issues )those cut off lines can be seen on pictures he attached himself), we had a professional plumber fixing it all last week, causing us even more expenses. Mr [redacted] in his contract stated he is going to do all the electrical and plumbing work necessary, so we, dealing with remodeling for the first time, believed him when he said he is a professional.
Mr [redacted] claims he did all this extra work for us, when most of the nonsense he is writing is his wild imagination. I do have invoices from people who actually did the job he is stating he did for us. He did make shower panel from scratch, he was paid for it the next day he finished it. He did not do half of the work he was supposed to do according to the contract he wrote himself, yet he has so much to say as what he did.
He was extremely rude to anyone who was working at my house at that time. Every Mexican person according to him was illegal and should be reported and deported. He was yelling at people and I was told by many to get rid of him cause of his unprofessionalism. I do have many witnesses.
On March 15th, after Mr [redacted] was trespassing our property yet again (even my neighbors have pictures of him in front of our house), I filed a report with RRPD. Police talked to us, to our neighbors and our current contractor, read crazy emails from Mr [redacted] to us and advised getting a restraining order. And assuring as that if he ever shows up anywhere near our house, he will be arrested.
To top it all, my current contractor reached out to Mr [redacted] to advise him to drop it as he will only cause problems to himself doing all the unlicensed work. Mr [redacted] since then keeps reaching out to my employees asking them to work together. They ignore him, calling him insane, but he just won't let go.
Mr [redacted] was given extra $600 check at the end, for which he gave me a receipt where he written himself 'job paid in full'. After a year he suddenly had an idea of trying to extort money from us. I truly believe that all the lies he is saying, about all that work he did for us, that was either done by other people or not done at all yet, I do believe that in his head is all true and not just his wild imagination. I can only feel sorry for him.

Once again,To anyone who is once again scratching their heads and wondering what the heck is going on.Please go back and read my initial response, you will see we were manipulated and conned into doing a LOT of extra work. This lame attempt to try and discredit me or my workmanship is silly. This is the first complaint I have ever received so it has been very interesting to see what takes place with one of these.Any work I did was discussed, including work that I recommended not be done or that I argued against. I did not spend the time writing my initial response to these people because I wanted to cause trouble, I did it because they had tricked me into doing a bunch of additional work that took over two weeks for me to complete and then I was lied to about them being broke and not being able to pay for the additional work.I was also putting off other paying customers while I was doing this job so it was really expensive to be stuck at this place and then to find out that they had "run out of money" There was never a complaint about any workmanship, or effort or hours that I put in.I wonder if the neighbor that these people shared their side of the story with was able to read my response to the Revdex.com? I am pretty sure they would wonder what these people are up to or at least they would be having some serious questions as to what actually did take place. I wonder if you told them about running into me at home depot 3 months ago and asking me to cut open the side of your house to put in a [redacted]io door? (a request that I declined)I am getting a little tired of this nonsense so to [redacted] and [redacted], Please just go away, Your attempts to save face and to vilify me are not going to be as easy as you are hoping. Most people are not ignorant. They can clearly see that you did do something to bring this on. It was just bad luck on your part that I happened across you spending thousands of dollars doing additional work on your house and decided to call you out on it.Goodbye.
