This customer came in to purchase a vehicle listed on our website, [redacted].  Once they arrived in the store they were informed that our internet prices will be honored if they are paying cash or if they qualify for that price with the finance company that would approved them....

They were also made aware that the prices online are after $1000 down or trade equity as stated on the home page of the site.  We explained with credit challenged situations that banks sometimes charge a different sale price to justify the loan.  Everyone has a different situations and there for banks give different deal structures for each person different.  Everything was explained in detail to these customers as to why the figures were the way they were and that if they didn't like the car, the payment, or the terms set by the bank that they can not do the deal, we could shake hands and be friends.  They came into the store and caused a scene in front of our other customers, so we asked them to leave and come back when they calmed down.  They refused to leave so we contacted the local police, but the time the police came they had left the property.  They were also told to come back on the following Monday to receive their down payment monies back as we agreed to do.  When they came in to get their down payment back, they attempted to cause a scene and at that time Henry [redacted](Owner/Operator) came to talk to them.  He asked them nicely to lower their voices and we gave them their money back.  The husband of this couple was in this store about a year prior to this when it was under the past ownership and made threats to employees of bodily harm and also to damage properties of the store.     Dana [redacted]"Semper Fi"

Review: On October 15, 2015 I found a 2009 Honda Civic with 107,522 miles being priced at $6977 online at www.[redacted]. I was interested in purchasing this particular vehicle because I compared the value of the vehicle on Kelly Blue Book and it seemed to be a reasonable asking price. I had $1,500 cash to put as a down payment, which in return should have dropped the price down to $5,477. I filled out the online financing application with me and my husband's personal information. I then called Priceless Automotive's place of business and spoke with a Michelle to see if I could get approved for financing. She told me to come in and she would get something worked out so I could drive home that day. My husband and I did just that. We then waited in the dealership for about 3-4 hours before Michelle discussed me and my husband's credit history and score with us. She said we could take the car home for the night to test drive it and come back in the morning to do the paper work. I said ok and gave her $1,500 cash for the down payment. She gave me a receipt and the car keys. My husband and I then asked a gentleman named Dana what we would be looking at for monthly payments and for how long. He then said between $360-$380 per month for a 4 year period. I said wow that is awfully high. Dana said sorry I can't get it any lower unless you guys bring more money for the down payment. My husband and I then started to drive home for the night when I noticed the gas light came on to notify me that the gas tank was on empty. I put gas in at a local gas station and went home. My husband and I discussed the figures that night and decided something wasn't adding up in the financing calculations. We went to the dealership the next morning and spoke with Dana about this issue. He then told us that the price online for that vehicle was for cash payment only not for financing and if I had read the details on the ad I would see that. I then said that's odd because I have a copy of the ad and I looked over the entire website (all the fine print) and it did not say anything about cash price only. He then preceded to be ignorant and rude, so at that point my husband and I gave the car keys back to him and told him we wanted a refund of our down payment. He said we would have to come get a check Monday because the cash was deposited in the bank. So my husband and I went Monday afternoon to the dealership to get our refund. We finally got our refund after we were harassed and told it was our fault we don't pay our bills is why we were being charged so much for financing and asking price of the vehicle. I also asked for a copy of the financing agreement that was prepared for me or the name of the financial institute that would have been financing me so much money and I was told no by Henry (owner). I would like for this establishment to be investigated on false advertising, unfair over pricing, and fraud to consumers. Thank You.Desired Settlement: Establishment to be investigated for false advertising, unfair over pricing, and fraud to consumers. Thank You.
