I am rejecting this response because:
First, I also have a screen shot of my search engine which clearly shows 7/22 – 7/26/15 as my travel dates I was searching for on June 22 and still shows the correct dates I entered on 6/22 and many other days prior since I have been looking for travel on these days for some time now.  
Second, when I called about the incorrect dates, it was in no way indicated that I had 24 hours to cancel these flights due to the wrong dates.  I learned this after the fact from the airlines, at which time I called Priceline again to clear this up and wanted an explanation as to why my flights were not cancelled within the timeframe as I cannot use or want the flights they made.  I would of cancelled this flight instead of looking for a resolution to this issue had I known that option was available.  Trying to resolve this is costing me much more than if I would have cancelled my flights and gone somewhere else to make my reservations for the dates I actually needs to travel.  The only option I was given was to change my flights with the additional charges that I would incur.  I would of made reservations at those rates a long time prior, but I was still searching for better flight prices, which I thought I found with Priceline.
Part of my complaint about this whole situation is the deceitful practices of Priceline.  I am not the fist consumer who has suffered from it and I am sure I won’t be the last.  It is time that someone put a stop to this practice.  A consumer enters the dates they needs as I did and Priceline makes this great offer that the consumer clicks to accept; however, Priceline now changes the dates once it moves to their system through the third party site.  As I indicated, I entered my dates for 7/22 – 7/26/15 and received a list of offers including an offer for $372 which I immediately clicked, but unfortunately the offer did not go thru their website as I requested.  With their deceitful, unethical, tricky, sneaky ways, they confirm me with dates I did not enter for the $372.  
As I indicated I too have a printout of what my search engine showed and continues to show, which are the dates I selected of 7/22 – 7/26/15.  I have not made any other travel searches so my search engine continues to show the dates I entered.  My history on my computer also shows this fact.  If needed, I will check to see if there is a way to retrieve the history to prove this fact, wherein it would show that I have been looking for the exact same dates for many, many weeks (if not months).  
The attached screen shot was the shot I took during my initial conversation with the Priceline representative.  Shown here with the address I was provided with when I was unable to speak to a supervisor (was told none was available), so I requested an address to send a written complaint.  I told the representative that my screen still showed the dates I entered and that I was looking at it.  I am not complaining about [redacted] as they continue to show the dates I entered and requested, but I am complaining about Priceline’s deceitful practices and the inappropriate activities and actions as they deceive consumers into travel and other items by offering a great price, but not the producing what the consumer is actually requesting.  This is not the first time they have done this.  I have learned of many similar cases after I started to search complaints from other consumers online.  This is one of their standard deceitful practices, and they continue to get away with these fraudulent practices at the expense of the consumer.  It is unfair that they can continue to be allowed to behave indecently and get away with it because they claim they have “proof” when their systems converts the information a consumer enters to what Priceline wants to offer rather than what the consumer has requested.
At this point, I would still like to cancel everything and get a full refund as I should have received when I initially called

This means that if you have made your selections but switch to the Express Deals section from the List View, the selections no longer apply and the room defaults for 2 people, as indicated on the contract page. When you submitted the request, it indicated to us that you agree to the room occupancy indicated on the contract page of 2 people. I have sent a separate email with a copy of your contract page for your review. I apologize; however, we are truly unable to change or cancel your reservation.

Priceline did not stand behind my stay at the [redacted] at Eagle Crest. First night was fine but next morning water was shut off and when came back on was very dirty. That evening found out that room was not cleaned or made up. Complained to [redacted] and Priceline and was offered 20% off. That was not satisfactory and I will never go through Priceline again.

I would start by my appreciation for priceline to make a profit, and was happy that they responded with my contract since it clearly states: Best Price Guarantee in bold letters with no link to what that means in the contract singed by me.  The difference in price that is clearly shown to the customer upon checkout clearly shows that the customer is not getting the best price guaranteed and is clearly false advertising. Best Price is bold font!  With all the ads that were flashing on the screen I am quite certain that Priceline is able to make a profit without making the customers feel like they were taken advantage of.  Obviously they have no desire to do what is right and would rather take advantage of people by clearly wording contracts in a way that allows them to get away with stealing.

We are writing to let you know that we have received your Revdex.com concern in our Executive Offices.
As part of the request process, we authorized your card to determine if your bank will accept the charge; however, because your request was not accepted, you were not charged. Depending on your bank, and in most cases, authorizations or pending transactions are removed within three to at most seven days.
We are unable to speed up the process since we do not have access to your bank's system. However, if you still see these charges/pending transactions on your account, you may send us the copy of your billing statement showing these charges along with the following information to assist us when contacting your bank in order to locate the authorization.

I contacted Kristen A[redacted] at ###-###-####. I informed Kristen that on 9/5/14 I submitted a reservation for a stay at the [redacted] Hotel Downtown Denver and flight accomodation from Sept 10- Sept 13. After submitting the details as displayed above, priceline.com sent an email that showed [redacted] Hotel Denver Airport, which is a non-smoking hotel. I called to cancel the reservation and priceline.com's overseas partners informed me that my reservation was non-refundable and non-changeable. According to Kristen, (finance manager at priceline.com) Priceline.com refuses to change or refund the reservation that was charged to my [redacted] asserting that they have made no error. Priceline.com did not deliver on the product they advertised.

We have received the consumer’s additional comments and we are truly sorry to hear about the consumer’s disappointment with the purchase. We always strive to create a positive customer experience, and we appreciate the feedback provided by the consumer.

I am rejecting this response because:
Your response is more proof of how deliberately vague and misleading your advertising is. What you are claiming is not what foks are seeing. Attached is the FIRST SEARCH RESULT when you do a google search for PRICELINE PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE. This is where I found it and why I purchased my ticket through Pricelione. And what it states in big, bold letters is:
WE GUARANTEE THE LOWEST PRICE ON EVERYTHING YOU BOOK
Find a lower price, we'll refund you 100% of the difference.
Book an Express Deal, we'll refund you 200% of the difference.
GUARANTEED.
This is not true since and the purpose of my complaint. What is left out is THE MOST IMPORTANT PART is missing from this big bold claim, which is buried at the bottom in the intentionally vague statement: Contact us within 24 hours to initiate your claim. Other airlines plainly state the betst price offers MUST BE made within 24 hours. Your claim is intentionally vague and misleading.
