PricePoint agreed to pay patient $for their participation We made [redacted] payment immediately to patient while the patient was on the telephone so that they could verbally confirm receipt the the $payment in their [redacted] account Patient was happy with the payment and said "Thank you so much" with a pleasant tone of voice or minutes after the patient was paid she called us back and asked why we didn't pay her $instead of $ We stated that we never said that we would pay $per claim document provided We stated to patient that we never pay $per claim document to any patient Patient began to go off on a tirade Yes, we do admit that we told the patient that she was trying to shake us down for more money.......why else would she be happy with our payment but then or minutes later change her mind? We also told her to zip her lips and let us respond because she continued to go off on a tirade Yes, we also banned patient from our Facebook page because she continued her tirade there All of the other patients' comments on our [redacted] page for our research project in [redacted] are pleasant If anyone reads through our unsolicited positive reviews on our Revdex.com profile from other patients over the years then it is obvious that the complaint from this patient is an exception Excellence in customer service is #priority to PricePoint However, we do not tolerate this patient's attempt to try to bully us and attempt to try to demand more compensation As we stated above, an agreement was already made between PricePoint and the patient to compensate $for her participation No additional payment will be made to this patient

Complaint is without merit Betty tried to cash our check at a check cashing location instead of a real bank My checks are perfectly fine with active bank account and plenty of money Betty left me voicemails in minutes I called her as soon as I could I told her to take my check to a real bank instead of a questionable check cashing location Issue is fault of the questionable check cashing location Betty took my check to....not with my check

Complaint is without merit.  Betty tried to cash our check at a check cashing location instead of a real bank.  My checks are perfectly fine with active bank account and plenty of money.  Betty left me 3 voicemails in 15 minutes.  I called her as soon as I could.  I told her...

you so much" with a pleasant tone of voice.  30 or 40 minutes after the patient was paid she called us back and asked why we didn't pay her $200 instead of $100.  We stated that we never said that we would pay $100 per claim document provided.   We stated to patient that we never pay $100 per claim document to any patient.  Patient began to go off on a tirade.  Yes, we do admit that we told the patient that she was trying to shake us down for more money.......why else would she be happy with our payment but then 30 or 40 minutes later change her mind?  We also told her to zip her lips and let us respond because she continued to go off on a tirade.  Yes, we also banned patient from our Facebook page because she continued her tirade there.  All of the other patients' comments on our [redacted] page for our research project in [redacted] are pleasant.  If anyone reads through our 145 unsolicited positive reviews on our Revdex.com profile from other patients over the years then it is obvious that the complaint from this patient is an exception.  Excellence in customer service is #1 priority to PricePoint.  However, we do not tolerate this patient's attempt to try to bully us and attempt to try to demand more compensation.  As we stated above, an agreement was already made between PricePoint and the patient to compensate $100 for her participation.  No additional payment will be made to this patient.
