My wife and I were very excited and ready to buy a Toyota Sienna XLE from Price Pro on 12/9/ Test drive went great, loved the van, and then the happy shopping experience went south when we had to compete with a potential buyer who arrived about minutes after us was used, I feel, as a ploy to get us to finance the van through them at 3.5% vs 2.99%, what we had already been pre-approved for by our credit union We were told that if while we were gone completing the financing at our credit union and the other customer who arrived after we did by chance decided to buy the car that we would lose out on the deal I asked our sales rep [redacted] to explain He kept saying how Price Pro doesn't allow customers to put holds on vehicles, which I can see He also said that they deal on a first come, first serve basis, okay, we were there firstAlso something about right of refusal, which we didn't refuse to buy the vehicle, unless their definition of refusal was for us to go to our credit union and get the money to buy the car I even had [redacted] speak with our credit union loan officer to try and convince Price Pro how serious my wife and I were in buying this van from them So instead of selling a vehicle today and having a satisfied customer for future business They created a very unsatisfied customer who will never buy a vehicle from Price Pro and will share this very negative experience with everyone we know By the way, we ended up buying a Toyota Sienna XLE from Jim White Toyota, worked with [redacted] best car buying experience!

I was looking at a BMW X I was very interested in the car I took it to be independently evaluated and was told that the carfax ended years ago, BMW wrote the car off, and that it had a salvage title Those were some pieces of information that were never shared with me I feel that "sitting" on info like that was totally unethical

As I admit I let my emotions get the best of me, I posted a review far too soonI am in the process of getting it retracted off of this websiteAll in all, PricePro did a great job of getting me a great carOverall I am very satisfied with my new car and with my experience dealing with PricePro and their salesmenThere isn't a whole lot of negotiation room, however, that's because their prices are already so lowWhen it's time for an upgrade, I plan on going to PricePro again

[redacted] at Price Pro in Maumee provided the most positive experience I have ever had with a car purchase at a dealer. From the start, he was never pushy and let me lead with what I was looking for in a car. I had a specific car I found on the Price Pro website and he quickly got back to me with all the details on the car history, etc. When I arrived to meet [redacted] and look at/test drive the car, I was very happy with his presentation and helpfulness. The purchase was very smooth and quickly handled at the Price Pro location. I drove the car home tonight a happy man and was very pleased with the reasonable price and condition of the car.

I was working with a sales member for a week or so getting everything worked out before I made the 4.5 hour drive to their location to finalize the sale. I first was interested in financing the cat bit then decided that I would just pay cash for it. At that point all the number were reworked to reflect the price with out the finance charges and fees. He sent us all the paper work over night so we could review and bring it back with us when we came down.

I felt satisfied with everything thus far so I made the journey 4.5 hours from northern MI. Get there take the car for a spin, check everything out. I did notice that the carpet in the car had been replaced because it didn't fit perfectly. He couldn't tell me why or who replaced it. I was willing to look beyond the carpet as I still felt I was getting a good deal.

We went in the sign the paperwork and go over everything. While signing the paperwork I questioned the numbers listed as they did not reflect what was discussed. He gave some sort of explanation and assured me it's just how it looks. Hands over the copies of everything signed and gives me the keys and sends me on my way.

As I'm sitting in the parking lot getting ready to drive my new used car back to northern michigan he come out to the car and informs me that he messed up the numbers and I could either pay and extra $2000 or take the warranty off the car to cover tge difference. To cover the mistake he made... I told him no I wasn't interested in a car without a warranty and that I wasn't untreated in paying an extra $2000 above what was agreed on and what was just signed and paid for! So he gave me the money back and took they keys and that was that.

I'm not sure if what happened was even legal but it was a horrible experience.

It was a no hassel dealership. I was browsing around the lot and the salesperople didnt bother me one bit. The cars are pretty new and clean. Prices are really good compared to what ive been looking at online.

Very helpful and was very nice when approached about financing. Went the extra mile to get us financed. Will recommend this place to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.

My wife and I were very excited and ready to buy a 2016 Toyota Sienna XLE from Price Pro on 12/9/16. Test drive went great, loved the van, and then the happy shopping experience went south when we had to compete with a potential buyer who arrived about 30 minutes after us was used, I feel, as a ploy to get us to finance the van through them at 3.5% vs 2.99%, what we had already been pre-approved for by our credit union. We were told that if while we were gone completing the financing at our credit union and the other customer who arrived after we did by chance decided to buy the car that we would lose out on the deal. I asked our sales rep [redacted] to explain. He kept saying how Price Pro doesn't allow customers to put holds on vehicles, which I can see. He also said that they deal on a first come, first serve basis, okay, we were there first. Also something about right of refusal, which we didn't refuse to buy the vehicle, unless their definition of refusal was for us to go to our credit union and get the money to buy the car. I even had [redacted] speak with our credit union loan officer to try and convince Price Pro how serious my wife and I were in buying this van from them. So instead of selling a vehicle today and having a satisfied customer for future business. They created a very unsatisfied customer who will never buy a vehicle from Price Pro and will share this very negative experience with everyone we know. By the way, we ended up buying a 2017 Toyota Sienna XLE from Jim White Toyota, worked with [redacted] best car buying experience!

I know a lot of people had a positive experience here and I believe it. Maybe I was being too specific or picky but I did not enjoy the customer service here. I worked with [redacted] and [redacted] and didn't enjoy working with either of them. From start to end I didn't feel like they really cared at all about making a sale. I felt disrespected and that their time wasn't worth helping me. I was very motivated to get a certain car and the salesmen and owner just weren't willing to do anything. This would have been my 6th car and my 5 before at other dealerships all ended much much happier. Can't say I'd consider going back there and I definitely will advise against it to my connections near here.

BUYER BEWARE

As a recent car buyer from this business, I am here to report that this was the worst car buying experience of my 78 years of car buying.

In a decision to purchase a 2013 Cadillac Escalade ($45,000) from Price Pro, I have to admit that I was duped.

I made my purchase last week and received the vehicle last the same day. Upon driving the Cadillac home (about 1.5 hours) the check engine light came on 45 miles in to my drive. Since Price Pro was closed, I continued driving. Shortly there after, the engine started to hiccup and jerk. Since it was 9:00 pm in the evening I crossed my fingers and prayed I would make it home. At 10:05 the following morning, I call the dealership to inform them of what happened and to let them know that I was seriously concerned about the shape of the vehicle (only 27,000 miles) because of the check engine light. I was told that I would receive a call back. At 11:30 I again phoned the dealership to be told that it was the managers day off (Isn't that a great way to run a business). Unsatisfied, I said I expected a call from someone within an hour.

In the meantime, I was advised to check www.carfax.com. I immediately find out that the car was in a REAR END COLLISION with an airbag deployment and is reported to have inconsistent reported mileage. I was never told about this, in fact I was shown a "clear" record of the work they had "done."

I finally receive a phone call back from my YOUNG salesman and was told that "I made a purchase, I am stuck with the car, you can not return a car because you changed your mind!"

a. I didn't change my mind, the check engine light came on within 1 hour of buying a car. While driving, I was stopped by a good Samaritan and told my tire looked wobbly and loose like it was about to fall off!
b. What kind of a coward manager makes a young salesman return a phone call to a dissatisfied customer and not handle a situation themselves.

I was never asked by anyone if they could offer ANY assistance or remedy. I was told to take it to a dealership and that "bumper to bumper warranty" would cover my concern.

Well, I am here to report that the Cadillac Dealership is going to indeed fix my car, for $1200 to fix the AXLE that was damaged in the rear end collision. Plus the cost of an owners manual and floor mats (who doesn't provide floor mats in a $45,000 car?) Bumper to bumper warranties don't cover ACCIDENTS!

Needless to say, STAY FAR AWAY from Price Pro. They will look to take advantage and sell you a car and never to be helpful again. I guess they figure there is enough people to take advantage of in this country that they don't need to rely on repeat customers.

They clearly sell damaged cars (bought at auction) and don't stand behind even one deal should anything happen. Heed my warnings and the others who have taken the time review with accurate information.

Don't let it happen to you
[redacted]

This was sent to the salesman who sold me the car and I never got a response. I also have pictures:

So my brakes were worn down to bare metal. The mechanic that replaced my brakes said it was a good thing I came and got them replaced because it was dangerous to drive in the condition they were in.

Your mechanics lied. Nothing was checked. When we drove off the lot yesterday we heard the grinding noise. Now that it is fixed, we hear nothing.

My fiancee is writing a negative review along with the photo. Its sad that we was lied to and nothing was checked and to know that we was driving dangerously. We did not have 8months or so left to drive on them as you had stated. Your mechanics need to be reprimanded for their lack of safety concern of your customers

I had the best car buying experience with Price Pro. I am very pleased with my vehicle. You can't beat their price, and they are upfront with it, right away. We shopped around, and this was the best deal. I also liked that there was no pressure. I was treated with respect through the entire process.
