My responses are corresponding to complaint. This client was listed as VIP and exceptional services were extended to a difficult client. I have documented and email proof of all communications to support that the client recieved exactly what she paid for and additional free services from our agency.

Was told no direct flights available, You were quoted cheapest price and given options in the budget you provided.

Apple Vacation Representative confirmed this was not true. n Apple Vacation rep at the hotel would not have this information or be able to access your booking info

Wrong birth date given to airline and was emailed the day before travel fixing was not a priority. I called the supplier to confirm the birth date and was advised that it was correct. If it was not correct you would not have been able to board the plane so this was a priority. You were also advised months before, when booking, both on the phone, AND in writing to check your documents, YOU are responsible to correct any mistakes.

All four travelers names on airline tickets did not match passports after exact spelling was given and confirmed.

The boarding passes do not look like the name on the passport. Your names on the documents matched the passports exactly, if they had not You would not have been able to board.

Wrong accommodations at resort were booked after exchange on my concerns about wrong room being booked was brought to agents attention directly after booking. The room category you booked was listed on the documents, with description. You were confused in the message that you sent me and I advised that you should re-read what you sent me as me stating that you had, was EXACTLY what was booked and paid for. You received what you asked for, what you paid for, and what you said you wanted.

Was asked to send agent email to confirm travel insurance desire of yes or no detail, with no client understanding of two different types. You were advised before booking, after the documents were sent (in writing) and again later when you asked for description for the intent of canceling. You DID have cancel for any reason insurance and could have cancelled, instead you stated that you would make me miserable as I would be stuck with you.

Therefore not being able to cancel trip after realizing the mistake made In using this agent. Verbal abuse through social media during entire vacation. Partial refund made by Apple Vacations after confirming the above information. I have never spoken to you on social media, you joined my fb groups and were removed when you called me names and threatened me.

I have a file of documents to support superior service given to this client, as well as everything that she paid for. She posted pictures of having a great time but still complained about every component asking for money and reimbursement. After speaking with my consortium we conclude that she was looking for multiple excuses to get her vacation for free.

For the record I would like to add to my statement:I have reviewed additional correspondence and have documentation that I did, in fact, supply husband with written pricing that included direct flights on Frontier, as the claimant stated that I told her there were none.It was after already finalizing her vacation that later *** wanted to change the booking after paid and flights were purchased, to which I advised her that she would have to cancel (using the insurance) and rebook new flights, if available.The reason that I get everything in writing, and approved in writing, is solely to protect the agency and the client, and to dispute any later claim that I did not enter names as provided or choose options as instructed. As for documentation, all information is copied and pasted into the booking field, as to protect myself from any mistakes.
