unfortunately this mattress was bent. probably on delivery. we make our mattresses with edge to edge steel and a heavy border rod the thickness of a thin pencil going around the mattress. we then put formed wire edge supports to firm the edge. we put 9 around the mattress. if the mattress is...
bent it causes just what is happening to the mattress. this is abuse and is not covered by our warranty . we no longer sell the retail store where this mattress was bought from. they had other issues with damaging the mattress on delivery. the minute I saw the picture I knew what had happened. we then had our salesman randy cook go to the house which we normally do not do.. he confirmed the damage.I feel sorry for this gentleman but it is clear abuse and voids the mattress warranty.
