Review: I placed an order. they sent me the wrong product then tell me to send it back before they send the right product. I never received product and now find out they cancelled order after saying they had it ready to ship. they lie and never call you backDesired Settlement: just informing consumers to use another company cheap prices don't mean good service have a great day

Review: I tried 3 times during a week to place an order at their website. All 3 times the price put in the Cart was higher than what was advertised. I also emailed them as instructed on their website and I never received a response. It is a product that I have purchased for 6 years from another supplier but they no longer carry the product so I was interested in continuing to get the product. I called the company this morning. I was greeted by a person that did not give their name or the company name so I had to ask questions to be sure it was not a wrong number. I inquired regarding the product and I noted that I was not able to get the order completed as advertised. The person noted they were having troubles with their website and offered me to buy it at another website they have at a higher price. I was surprised at the offer and the rudeness when I asked questions. He then told me he was the owner and that they will not honor the price on their website. He proceeded to tell me they were in the middle of an update on the website. I noted that I have owned a business for 40 years and we treat customers with respect, and we honor what we say. He said he would not honor the price and rudely hung up without a goodbye. Shocking! Obviously not a company or person that I want to do any business with. If they will bait and switch, I am sure there are other things that will be one-sided to benefit them and not the customer.Desired Settlement: Desired outcome is due recognition of the company for bait and switch marketing. Apparent dishonesty. Excuses and justification of the company shortcomings. Zero interest or concern for the customer, the customer experience or honoring what they advertised.

Review: I ordered from the company originally on Sept. [redacted] for 144 pc. Wholesale Cushioned Emery Boards On Counter Display. I still had not received a shipping confirmation e-mail on October [redacted]. I e-mailed them on Oct. [redacted] and asked when my items would be shipped. I did not hear anything back so I cancelled the order placed on Sept. [redacted] and placed a new order for the same item on Oct. [redacted]. I received a confirmation e-mail almost immediately. The items were received on October [redacted]. They were opened immediately and did not fit the description on the website. The description stated: Wholesale Cushioned Emery Boards On Counter Display - $0.37 Case Pack: 144 piece(s) Cushioned Emery Boards On Counter Display Double Sided 7 Inch 6 Assorted Designer Patterns to a Display Each Displays Holds 48 Pieces , 3 Displays to a Master Carton case (144 Pieces): $53.28 We received the shipment and it only contained 3 assorted patterns (not 6) and 2 of the display cases were cracked. I called them on Oct. [redacted] and did not get a return phone call. I called them again on October [redacted] and did not get a return phone call. I e-mailed them on October [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] and have yet to hear back from them regarding the multiple issues with this purchase.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like to be fully refunded for the broken display cases and for the limited patterns I received. I am not pleased with this product and would never had paid full price had I know this in advance.
