Me my wife and son ate there for first time visiting sanAntonio at the hibachi table and we were guest of three only not with any other party but we got charged gratuity of 18% but I also gave a $tip not

Called back the next business day and talked to manager named *** and he said he would give me credit and he took my credit card number over the phone and said he would handle Well he ignored my request we ate onNov and it's still an issue He said he would credit My gratuity and it would show on my credit card in one to three days I still haven't got credit and talked to another manager tjtnisngivin me the cold shoulder also ignoring me such as *** I want to be credited my $gratuity they charged me of course they can keep the $tip I
