I currently rent an apartment in which the owner has a Warranty Program for his appliances with Pride .Each and every time I have had to deal with this company not only has it been an unpleasant experience, the sales staff and service technicians are very rude.I currently have a leak under my kitchen sink ,and cannot use the sink at all .I called Pride and after waiting minutes for customer service to take my call ,was told it would take days for someone to come and check the issueAfter many attempts to get the lady to understand there might be a leak running into another apartment below me ,she checked again and found a technician in three days, these customer service reps just try to get you off the phone asap without really finding out the true issueFinally they came, checked the problem, and told the landlord to purchase various items ( which they did within an hour) and then call back within the hour , for the tech to return to complete the job and was told I would have to wait another days for the technician to return because they did not have any one available until then to come and fix itWhen questioning why it would take so long the customer service lady says very rudely explains theirs nothing she can do about itI have a suggestion for the company ...hire more people to answer your phones,,,and more technicians to do the work that's needs to get doneI cannot believe this company holds a A+ with the Revdex.com ...although I know that if a company resolves the issue they maintain positive rating,,,this does not mean they run their business accordingly ,,,it just means they pay attention to the complaints after the fact, and someone manages the complaints on time ....maybe that person should manage the company the same way....Contract is under Landladies name not mine in case your verifying this complaint

Just had a service man [redacted] replaced 2 bathroom faucets in super time. A great job, this serviceman is a keeper. Super hands on and a job well done and appreciated. Thank you Pride, after 15 years with you, I'm again happy.

Good service for 17 years all around.
