Pride Auto Sales, L.L.C.

This vehicle that my customer is complaining about has nothing to do with my dealership I sold this vehicle before I owned my car dealership this is my personal vehicle that is in my personal name when I decided I was going to going to business and try to own my own dealership there was no need for me to have a personal vehicle anymore so I let the customer take over the payments on my vehicle give me a down payment and make payments on the rest there is $balance left to pay the vehicle off I haven't been financially able to pay completely off..this vehicle in this deal has nothing to do with pride auto sales LLC the customer just knows I owned this business and they're doing their best to try to ruin it I let them know when I have the financial ability to pay it off I would do so immediately!!

Mr*** *** came in and bought a Chevy Impala from here at Pride Auto Sales LLC on June 20,His daughter *** *** was the original buyer, and her dad was the co-buyerThe day Mr*** and his daughter bought the vehicle, they requested for me to replace the, head light,
oil gauge on odometer, and the right and left rear view mirrorSo I completed all these request before making the sell officialWhile signing the paperwork, I did make it very clear to Mr *** and his daughter Ms***, that at this point before they sign all my "AS-IS" paperwork, I want to be very clear that, I would not replace anything else from this point, and the the car is "AS-IS",.and with that said they both agreed and signed everything understanding I was no longer financially responsible for anythingNow that day they drove off with the vehicle and we satisfied with the sell at that pointNow exactly three days later, the daughter Ms*** came back to the dealership saying engine was shaking and smoking a little bit, and I was to able to physically see that the cars engine shaking and smoking a little bit as wellI told the daughter that their was noting else I could personally do, but we did have a extended warranty vendor that she could utilize because she was still in the day widow of purchasing their vehicleSo being that it had only been days, I offer to pay the warranty with was $dollar to activateNow the warranty was approved and they did cover about $of a $mechanic job, which left a balance of $500,..Mr*** then called me and told me to pay the remaining balance, and I told him that,..me and the extended warranty vendor were separate and that, I would no longer cover anymore of the cost and that he bought the car "AS-IS",..Ms.*** felt that since I already had done so much other work to his car to make them as comfortable as possible,that I needed to continue fulfilling his request and ignore the 'AS-IS' paperwork he and is daughter signed

I am rejecting this response because:We were told the car had a day Warranty, the Extended warranty was to make that to days Mr*** is lying as he did that day He did not replace the gauges as promised, he put in an illegal dash board and then claimed he couldn't fix the difference in the odometer Originally he had stated he would put in a NEW dash clusterboard He has lied repeatedly about this car He told us it was a one owner, which cl***y it was not He told us it had a day warranty, if we wanted to buy the extended warranty he would sell that to us We repeatedly stated the car had day warranty, he said yes He did purchase the extended warranty and then had the clusterboard with the old mileage put back in the car so the insurance would cover his problem and not charge him If this was all us, then how could we pursuade the mechanic to change the cluster board out and show that to the insurance adjuster If this was on us, "AS IS" then why did he buy the insurance, definitely not because hes an honest dealer! Mr*** and his scam business had another car in his office the same time right after we bought this one, same issue, engine blew up The only reason he did anything was I threatened legal action and to picket his business He took the cheap way out and scammed the insurance company by fraudulently representing the car *** *** lied, and is still lying He is the lowest of the Used Car salesman sm that has ever crawled out of the garbage. We still expect him to pay the difference as he had promised to do these things originally The car had a day warranty There are witnesses to this statement from him But his word is worth NOTHING>

I am rejecting this response because: He did sell me the truck when he had his car dealership I have all the original papers of the contract and pride auto sales sold me this truck and he owes 1000 on the truck he never told me this when I purchased it he said he had title it wasn't until I gave him the 3 payments of the truck plus the down payment and I kept bugging him about my plates to my truck because he charged me tax title and license how is he gonna charge this if he doesn't own the vehicle it's still has a lean on it ??? I want my title to my truck I paid it in full and before time.
