WE WORK FOR *** AND DO NO WALK IN CUSTOMER WORK,ALL WORK IS WARRANTIED FOR DAYS AND ARE REPLACED WITH LIKE KIND AND QUALITY PARTS WHEN THEY ARE DEFECTIVE,WE CANNOT CHANGE THE FACT THAT THE MANUFACTURER MADE A POOR QUALITY PART IN THE
BEGINNING AND UNLIKE WINE IT DIDNT GET BETTER WITH AGE, SO IF IT WAS POOR QUALITY WHEN KIA BUILT IT THENSO AS FOR MISS *** IF SHE WANTS A NEW COMPRESSOR I SUGGEST SHE GOES BACK TO *** ( THE PEOPLE WHO IS PAYING FOR THE REPAIRS AND THE PEOPLE WE DID THE WORK FOR ) AND TALK TO THEM ABOUT A NEW COMPRESSOR FOR A USED CAR ??? OR GO GET A JOB AND PURCHACE ONE HERSELF

first of all let me state that this lady has no quarrel with all parts because she is not a customer of all parts she is a customer of Daytona automotive so all of this is a mute point.now let me explain what she is wrong about if she was a...

customer of all parts and not Daytona automotive.....was we rude to her ? no ,were we direct in response to he demand that we move her car to the front of the line and fix it when it didn't meet the warranty policy ? yes , I am sorry if she feels like she is the only person in the world but that's a entire argument in itself. now as for the time frame, we looked at the car in order of arrival in accordance with our policy, as for her engine being under warranty it is not first of all the warranty policy clearly states that a completed warranty application be returned to us within 10 days which was not,it also states that the engine have regular service and according to the manufacturer suggested service interval this engine was not maintained correctly.so with that being said we made a policy adjustment and ordered her a replacement engine and are going to deliver it to Daytona automotive free of charge,as for her demands that the repairs be done according to the warranty, she stated she has never seen the policy ( sounds kinda stupid to me for a person to purchace a 200.00 warranty and not even know what they are buying but that's just me ) so we are doing more than the warranty requires. A for the written apology....... I would like a written thank you for us doing such a honorable act in adjusting almost every line of our written warranty to accomidate her

It should not matter that I "am not an All Parts customer". My engine was purchased from there and they insisted that the repairs be done in their shop. If it had been a matter of simply sending the parts to Daytona's, then they shouldn't have had my car towed to their shop in the first place. If it weren't under warranty due to the paperwork issue that they mentioned, they could have brought that up BEFORE they had my car in their shop.
