dropped off 7 shirts to be laundered, only 4 were returned. I allowed several weeks for the other missing shirts to be returned and after not receiving any calls I called the manager and asked how to file a claim. they were sure of the procedure but would contact their DM and call me right back. I never received a follow up call on how to file a claim and they've never contacted me that the shirts have not been found. I think after 3 weeks i've been patient.
We have contacted the customer on 10/22 to let him know that we are pretty sure we found all of his missing shirts. They are at our store and ready for him to come look at. He will let us know if there are any more missing or if this problem is resolved.
