My husband and I were very pleased with Pride Restoration and Cleaning Company. We found there was a sewer type smell coming through our vents, coming into our home and making our house very unpleasant to be in. We were referred to Pride, and after giving them a call, they were able to come out later that same day to diagnose the problem. At first, our homeowners insurance told us that we would not be covered, but Jim basically insisted that we call and make a claim. Jim personally met with my husband and our adjuster, and through their conversations and evaluations of the situation, we were able to get ALL of the clean up (not only our crawlspace, but also all of our soft personal items inside of our house) and most of the repairs covered under a home insurance claim.
