Review: Hired to replace roof....did not arrive as scheduled....showed up...ask husband to run for screws .did not reimburse 77.00...replaced roof..left...found edges unfinished,,,,screws not attached to roof surface...a nightmare job..the owner steve r[redacted] sent a worker back to fix mistakes....did some and never came back to finish..contacted the owner for many reasons throughout the roof process only to receive no response to messages most times...promised that justin would be back to finish wrapping porch after he finished in cranberry..no show again...today my husband discovered that they apparently drilled improper holes in the roof and filled them with caulking....very very unprofessional. ..non-business attitude...wanted to come back again to fix both bos..three times to fix mistakes is not acceptable. ..taking it to court.is possibly the best idea....never ever use pride construction again!,,,to have them return would not be safe due to the personality of owner.Desired Settlement: 2000.00 the repair costs we will have to pay contractor to fix..contractor estimates half the roof has to be replaced to correct the holes they drilled..the holes they drilled voided the warranty..we do not feel it would be a safe environment if they come back.
