Due to the nature of the billing in King City if the driver makes a mistake and indicates your can has been picked up when it has not been, a charge would be assessed on your account incorrectly. This happens occasionally and is sometimes due to residents placing their cans too close together or on...
1 side of the driveway that is closer to their neighbor's home. I do not show record of this issue occurring in 2017. If you have this occur please continue to let us know so we can remove the charges that are incorrect. We are changing the rate structure in King City so residents will be charged a flat monthly fee for services rather than a pick up fee each time the can is picked up, partly so this very issue no longer occurs. This change takes place as of 6/1/17.
