I am rejecting this response because:They did send additional wood, but it would not burn eitherThe wood was delivered in a dump truck, thier request to have me return it unreasonabile, I do not own a dump truck They are selling green wood, and not seasoned wood as it states in the post card mailing that we receivedThey delivered a faulty product, this is in no way my faultA reasonable solution would be to refund the credit card for $and I will stack it outside for use next yearFrankly, I dont want the wood, and I dont want to stack it off againHowever, I will agree to this solution

After further research, we do agree that there was in fact a "gentleman's agreement" in place for us to do some additional work at Dr***'s residence.The agreement was to be $2,for some discussed tree work of which he only paid $1, While our crew was there he had asked them to do some additional work that was not agreed upon At that point we did have our crew leave his property and not return.Had he agreed on additional pricing we would have returned Our original agreement was fulfilled and there is no further obligation The hand written note that he submitted was never signed by a representative of our company The pictures attached are not dated and are believed to be from a prior job that we had done for him.The wood that he claims is left there was not part of our gentleman's agreement either, but as a courtesy we will remove that for him if he wants us too.Please see our policy at the bottom of the attached contract regarding lawn damage.Thank you,Rus B***

We did in fact have conversation with [redacted] regarding this matter.  The customer is always right and the remaining balance of the wood will be delivered in the next day or two.  I was out of town for a short time and it fell between the cracks.  It is always our goal here at...

Paradise to please our customers and make sure that they are completely satisfied.

The  customer did call about the wood and said he was having an issue getting it to burn. We explained to him that we are selling the same wood to other people and have not had any complaints about it. We asked him to stack and let it dry for a few more days  then to try it again and let...

us know if he had any luck. He called back and said he did not, so as a courtesy we sent them out another half cord of wood free of charge.  He called again and said he couldn't get that to light either, again we had no complaints from any other customers regarding the same source of wood. We told him if you wanted to return the goods he could and we would reimburse him but no we would not be able to come out and pick it up.

We will gladly remove the wood from the property.  Can he please show proof of payment and contract?Thank you,Rus B[redacted]

Even if he did get green wood, which we keep at a different location from where his was loaded from, the cost for the 1 1/2 cords that he received plus delivery would have been $300.00, therefore he is still ahead of the game should he choose not to return the wood.  As stated earlier, if he wishes to return the wood on his own we are more then willing to take it and refund him.  If he keeps the wood he is responsible for payment.

After doing a thorough investigation. My Employee took down a tree on the edge of the property leaving a stump. He then grinded the stump leaving a little against a fence. The homeowner told him to get the rest of the stump and not to worry about the fence. My employee then squeezed through the...

fence bending it. The homeowner told him not to worry about it. My employee had no idea it was the neighbors fence.

I am rejecting this response because:Since my recent complaint and Paradise's counter response, Mr. B[redacted] has been kind enough to send his representative to my residence to meet with me to discuss how my complaint can be resolved to both our mutual satisfaction and I have complied. If Mr. B[redacted] can agree with a confirmation of that discussion with his representative, Richie, then my complaint will be satisfied, as well as, withdrawn. However, at this time this is where my complaint stands with the hope that if we cannot agree to the aforementioned that I still have the option of an continuance of seeking a mutual resolution and would like my complaint open with the Revdex.com.

I am rejecting their response because: of irrefutable evidence of  Paradise being on my property...

from April 29th through May 1st. As you can see through the "attached pictures' that I have sent to [redacted] that shows the dates from April 28, 29, 30 and May 1st. where you worked on my property. and supporting documents. From my emails to Mr. B[redacted], the [redacted] police department and my receipt for cash payment of $4500 cash given to Mark M[redacted]. Telephone calls  in which Mr. B[redacted] was spoken to on May 1st, June 1st, July 1st, and August 3nd., 2015. During these telephone calls Mr. B[redacted] agreed to take the remaining tree removal at a mutually convenient time period. To date Paradise has not complied with our agreement. Please note the attached advertisements of which they state "Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed," and also note the license number, which is not valid and the Revdex.com logo. I also have a pictures of their trucks and equipment on my property with Paradises' insignia. Which again is irrefutable evidence  irrefutable evidence  to their claim. I am rejecting this response because:It does not matter how many other customers have not complained, it does not matter that you delivered more faulty product to me. The fact remains that you delivered green, unseasoned wood that will not burn. Your post card advertising clearly says seasoned wood. You know it is not possible for 99% of people to "return" one and a half cords of wood because they do not posses the equipment to do so. You are hiding behind this fact instead of doing the right thing.
